Dismantling of old unserviceable any type of pipeline and S&F 200 mm dia Ductile Iron pipes K-9 , including specials, i.e. bend, elbow, tee, titan joints, flange, nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable any type of pipeline and S&F 150 mm dia Ductile Iron pipes K-9 , including specials, i.e. bend, elbow, tee, titan joints, flange, nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable any type of pipeline and S&F 100 mm dia Ductile Iron pipes K-9 , including specials, i.e. bend, elbow, tee, titan joints, flange, nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note for Srl item 1 to 3:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and n. exc 1.5 metre depth for laying of pipes in trenches and getting out, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, after laying of pipeline complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement cast iron non return valve of 200mm bore as per IS 5312 part 1, PN 1.6 including nuts, bolts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement cast iron non return valve of 150mm bore as per IS 5312 part 1, PN 1.6 including nuts, bolts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement cast iron non return valve of 100mm bore as per IS 5312 part 1, PN 1.6 including nuts, bolts complete all as specified & directed

S&F in replacement CI Sluice valve of 200mm bore PN 1.6 as per IS;14846 including CI flange with gasket of matching hole to fix easily complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement CI Sluice valve of 150mm bore PN 1.6 as per IS;14846 including CI flange with gasket of matching hole to fix easily complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement CI Sluice valve of 100mm bore PN 1.6 as per IS;14846 including CI flange with gasket of matching hole to fix easily complete all as specified.

M&L construction of valve pit chamber of internal size 1200x1200x1500mm including necessary excavation, returning filling in, & removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500 mtr, 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundation, 230 mm thick brick work in CM (1:4), PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping including necessary form work, 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) including 3mm thick M S Sheet cover & MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel/iron surfaces and provision of suitable locking arrangement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L construction of valve pit chamber of internal size 900x900x1200mm including necessary excavation, returning filling in, & removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500 mtr, 100mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundation, 23 cm thick brick work in CM (1:4), PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping including necessary form work, 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) including 5mm thick M S Sheet cover, MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel/iron surfaces and provision of suitable locking arrangement complete all as specified.

M&L for road cutting for laying of DI pipe, including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, levelling well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix carpeting 25mm thick using ready mix patch repair material, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including, provision of necessary form work / brick work where required and finishing fair to the exposed surfaces including demolition of old PCC to facilitate laying of Pipes, complete all as directed.
