M&L for servicing and cleaning of oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer capacity upto 20 kVA three phase including by transporting to workshop if neccessory, carefully lifting of core from the tank by opening cover, cleaning of tank, removing of sediments, cleaning of coils/ electrical connections, filtration of transformer oil ,fixing the core back in the tank, making electrical connections by replacing the consumble spares such as gaskets, rubber oil seals complete etc. including electric connection and testing on load complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per serial item No.1.00 above but capacity 50 KVA, 3 phase.

All as per serial item No.1.00 above but capacity 100 KVA, 3 phase.

All as per serial item No.1.00 above but capacity 200 to 300 KVA, 3 phase. Dehydration & filtration of transformer oil with portable filtration cum dehydration machine to improve the dielectric strength not less than 40 KV within 1 minute with 2.5 mm gap at site of any installation in Bathinda Mil Station and any capacity / make of transformer installed on pole mounted, indoor/out door plinth mounted, testing of dielectric strength of dehydrated transformer oil of each transformer which shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil. (ii) Contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV, tested in 2.10 mm gap, ISI marked for filling in transformer for topping up all as directed . (Make:Servo /HP/IOC/BP)

M&L for rewinding of unserviceable and burnt electric motor of capacity 3 HP with existing gauge and size of super enamelled copper winding wire including insulating, varnishing, baking to the required temperature, replacing the connector block, replacement of existing unserviceable ball bearings long travel for forward and reverse motors complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i)Transportation of motor from work site to factory and back is included in the unit rate. (ii) After rewinding shall be fixed properly at original position to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge (iii) Gauge of copper wire for winding shall be of as per existing gauge. (iv) Spare parts though replaced under this job shall be of as per existing make. (v) Unit rate for labour charge for replacement of coupling and bearing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) Electrical motor is fixed at particular height, contractor shall remove the motor for rewinding, and after rewinding same shall be fixed at the original loaction.

S&F in replacement of motor couplings for Long Travel, Cross Travel, Lifting lowering forward & reverse motors suitable for upto 5 ton capacity crane ec. (Make as per existing)

S&F in replacement of bearings of suitable size for Long Travel, Cross Travel, Lifting lowering forward and reverse motors complete all as specified and directed. (Make as per existing)

S&F in replacement of anti-skid break system including replacement of unserviceable brake shoes, magnetic coils, worn out nuts & bolts etc for lifting and lowering motors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ball bearings (04 Nos), MS hardened wheel shaft (02 Nos) suitable for 3 to 5 ton capacity crane including suitable size MS hardened nuts & bolts, rubber bushes for long travel complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs/Maintenance & overhauling the crane trolley capacity 2 to 5 ton including removal of wheels, replacement of unserviceable ball bearings including suitable size of MS hardened nuts & bolts for main travel and cross travel complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Unit rate of this item includes the replacement of minor parts as decided by GE. (ii) The bidder shall visit the site of work to familiar with type and capacity of crane before quoting the bid and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account at a later date.
