120mm overlap in vertical direction) including fixing of with 7 OMEGA clamps of size 180mmx35mmx3mm and

profile plate of size 180mmx50.20mmx2.75mm using 2 numbers SS mushroom head bolts with breakble head safety

nuts (M8x60) and washer for fixing the mesh to the CHS post all complete as per attached drawings, as per manufacture

specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge. GI wire should be manufactured from wire rods rolled only from

secondary refined steel (at least LRF treated). Wire rods should strictly conform with the requirements of IS 7887 and IS

280.Only hot dip galvanized wire should be used in making the fencing product. Electrogalvanized wire shall not be

used, as it does not have an alloy layer essential for corrosion resistance. Zn used for galvanizing should be of at least

99.95% purity for better corrosion resistance. Secondary refined Zn should not be used. In the galvanizing process, the

Zn bath should be free from addition of lead, to prevent lowering of corrosion resistance properties in wire.

Providing and fixing OMEGA clamp of size 180mm x 35mm x3mm and profile plate of size of

180mmx50.20mmx2.75mm of sharp as per manufacture specification and attached drawing made with MS plate /flat

and hot dip galvonised coating of minimum 360 GSM as per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM A123/IS 4736 and thermoplast

powder coating of minimum 200 to 250 microns of colour RAL 6005 using two numbers SS mushroom head bolts with

breakible heads safety nuts (M8X60) and washers for fixing the mesh to the CHS post all complete as per attached

drawings, as per manufacture specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6 nos Razor wire of Tear Blade profile (3 nos fixed to each arm of Straining & intermediate Y-arm

using accessories as per manufacter specifications) having SS blade (SS 304) of length 30mm, thickness 0.45mm, C/C

distance of blade as 50mm and core wire diameter 3.50mm duly galvonised to minimum 275gms and having tensile

strength of 1450-1700 N per sqm.

There will be 1600 pcs IP binders required to be installed per KM (i.e., 1600 nos. IP binders + 1600 nos. Mushroom

head Nut bolts and washers) made of MS Flat 25 x 5, 160mm long, with 2 slots – as per IS 1730. Coating: Pre-

galvanized material with min 350 GSM. The galvanized binders are subsequently Thermoplastic Powder coated after

fabrication with a thickness of minimum 200 to 250 microns. Mushroom carriage SS 304 security nut bolt of M8x35

size to be used.

(iv) MS hinges with pintail of 25mm Φ and 80mm long,4 Nos. 18 mm dia. 450mm long tower bolts 2 Nos with 40mm

Φ G.I. socket and locking arrangement with 2 aldoop and handle.

(v) 200 mm thick M- 20 including necessary earth work below gate (5.230 mtr x 3.0 mtr). Each 308747.00 25.00 7718675

(vi) Entire assembly except coil shall be provided with 360 GSM hot diipped galvanized coating as per IS: 4736 with

thermoplastic powder coating after fabrication with thickness of 250 micron to sustain 1440 hours salt sprey

(vii) Providing and fixing MS Square vertical posts for MS gate, formed SHS of 150X150X6mm thick as per

IS:4923,3600 mm long, 2700mm above CC Pavement and 900mm embedded in 1000X1000X1000 mm foundation

block of M-15 including cost of earthwork, centering and shuttering . 2Nos 16mm dia, 200mm long anchor rod fixed to

the gate post at bottom. The top post shall be provided with a MS plate of 165mmX165mm size 8mm thick. The SHS

Post shall be provided with hot dipped galvanized minimum 360 GSM coating as per IS: 4736 and entire assembly to be

thermo plastic powder coating with thickness of 250 micron. Coating is to withstand 1440 hours salt spray taste all

complete as per drawing.
