Construction of security compound wall to 110kV sub-station land at Madhuvana-2nd and final phase

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor to an extent of Rs.38.13 lakh in at least one similar nature of work in any one of the last 5 years, i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. in any of the Government / Public undertaking. Order copies/ certificates issued from the cadre not less than the rank of Executive Engineer should be scanned and uploaded.

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one RCC structures in any one year of the last 5 years, i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. with following minimum quantities of work in any of the Government/Public undertaking. a) RCC (M 20) and above 84.80 cum b) Steel -8.2 tonnesc)BBM/Solid block masonry /laterite-108cum Order copies/ certificates issued from the cadre of not less than the rank of Executive Engineer shall be scanned and uploaded (from any public sector/Govt. bodies).

The bidder should be registered PWD contractor

The Bidder should submit the ESI registration certificate issued from the competent authority

The Bidder should submit the EPF registration certificate issued from the competent authority.

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name Should have achieved, in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.76.26 lakhs. in the last 5 years, i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. Audited financial statement for the said five years duly signed by the Charted Accountant shall be uploaded.

The Bidder should submit valid GST registration Certificate

The Bidder should submit valid IT PAN card & Latest Indian Income Tax return acknowledgment form

The bidder shall provide credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from any nationalize banks for meeting the fund requirement for an amount not less than Rs.23.00 lakhs in prescribed proforma in section 3 of KW-3 form clause 1.10

Works for which tenders already submitted as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-3. Form (Clause1.5(B)). The contractor shall scan & upload the details duly self-attested.

Existing commitments and ongoing works as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-3 Form (Clause1.5 (A)). The contractor shall enclose/attach/upload all necessary certificates duly attested by the employer for details in column No.(7)of the table.

No Litigation certificate in the prescribed proforma should be uploaded duly signed

No Deviation certificate available in the tender documents should be filled and uploaded

The bidder has to upload the bid form enclosed in this tender duly filling all details

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any state Government/ Government of India/Union Territory. Self-declaration statement shall be uploaded
