Demolition of brick work / stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar incl all Quoins , archeas, pillars etc but exc cluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete n.exc 15 cm depth of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (below or above ground level) including removal of concrete debris from site up to 500 metre all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork flat to faces of walls,retaining walls,abutments parapets and staircase railing and similer work including attached pillasters,buttresses etcvertical or to batter for fair and smooth finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (Design Mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), in walls, retaining walls, drainage walls, basement walls, ballast walls and similar structures of any thickness, above the top of footing, including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes and similar work etc set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces including chamfered weathering, throating etc and necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : TMT bars will be measured and paid separetly.

S&F 10mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars cut to length bent to shapes as required including bending cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
