Finishing with Rubber paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work

Providing and fixing Lawn tennis poles for mild steel, colour black, pole height 3.8 feet, width - 60 mm and weight 12 kg all complete as per directions of Engineer in charge. (including material and labour charges).

Clearing wild grass/shrubs/vegetations/bushes up to 10 cm girth by engaging brush cutter machine and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtrs. Out side the periphery of the area cleared. The cost is incusive of hireing charges of machine POL, operator,cutting tools and Grass should be cut nearest to the ground level.Surface area where ever brush cutter can not be used should also be cleared by engaging manpower.etc all complete as per instructions of E/I.

Spraying of Chemical (round up or equivalent) for to stop growth of unworked grass / wides as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and stacking at site. Moorum / Red Soil.

Spreading hard murum/ soft murrum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete

Supplying and filling in plinth with stone dust under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Supply of lime dust including making lime lining as directed by EIC

Day to day miscallenious work such as making lime lining, shifting of chairs, flag fixing, distribution and spreading of water, sweeping and other related works for Lawn Tennis ground etc. all complete job as per Instruction of Engineer-in-charge. ( 5 Nos man power per day )

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Transportation of garbage by engaging tractor - trolly,clearing the area as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge with a lead up to 2 Km.

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
