Rigid and smooth centering and Shuttering for RCC/CC work including false work and dismantlling after casting including cost of all labour , T & P etc all complete as per direction of EIC.Column

Wall

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Supplying , fitting and fixing of (40x40x4)mm dia M.S. Square Pipe cutting to the required sizes as per specification and fixing the same as per direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Supplying all materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, taxes, loading and unloading) labour, T&P and providing 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:1) on RCC surface finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats with Weather Seal coat Paint on plaster surface on one coat of primeing inclulding all cost of Primer,Weather Seal Coat Paint labour, T&P etc. Complete.

Painting two coats with Synthetic Enamel Paint on one coat of primer including all cost of Paint primer, Labour,T&P etc.

Providing , supplying of all labour with T&P for wall painting / Mural displaying logo for art of different image & drawaing in wall surface with weather coat over a coat of primer incluidng cleaning the exhisting surface with cost & conveyance of all materials etc.
