M & L servicing and cleaning of oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 10 to 20 KVA, 3 Phase including by transporting to workshop if necessary, carefully lifting of core from the tank by opening cover, cleaning of tank, removing of sediments, cleaning of coils/ electrical connections, filtration of transformer oil , fixing the core back in the tank, making electrical connections by replacing the consumable spares such as gaskets, rubber oil seals complete etc including electric connection and testing on load complete all as specified

All as per item No 1 here in before but of capacity 50 KVA.

All as per item No 1 here in before but of capacity 100 KVA.

All as per item No 1 here in before but of capacity 250/300 KVA. Note for ser item No. 1 to 4:- (i) Spare parts required to make serviceable of above oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after. Supply only of lead acid battery 12 Volts DC 42 AH complete all as specified

M & L servicing and cleaning of UPS and transporting to workshop if necessary, checking , testing and locating faults capacity upto 5 KVA including repair to same by replacing new spares and reconnection complete all as specified Note:- Cost of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only in separate item of this BOQ.

General / routine maintenance of EOT/HOT crane trolley oiling/ greasing making smooth functioning for operating including replacement of unserviceable ball bearings including suitable size of MS hardened nuts & bolts for main travel and cross travel complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item includes the replacement of minor parts as decided by GE/ Eng-in-Charge. (ii) Before quoting the rates, tenderer shall visit the site of work to familiar with type and capacity of crane and nothing extra is admissible on this account.

M & L for replacement of contractor 3 NO+2 NC three phase 440 Volts.

M & L for Mobile oil in electric crane all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge Make Servo/ HP/IOC/BP.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
