Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, precast concrete articles etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and ,complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls. complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer premium quality complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

S&F SFRC manhole/drain cover 75 mm thick factory made with plain surface as per requirement including 75 X1.5 mm flat iron frame all around the cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame , set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel in framed work as in doors or steel gates of tubular section, angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with selftapping screws as specified & directed.

S&F 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting with 100 mm side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in wall etc

M&L for prepration of new Steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified

M&L for Hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 with )using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved , design & pattern as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand andcutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as specified

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for 22-25 mm thick chequered designer coloured tiles (matt/glass finish), size, colour and shape as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in pavement/Hardstanding complete all as specified.

M&L Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A'. Complete all as speicified.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching, gola, slightly rounded and similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

Desludging of manholes mechanically by removing all loose materials and sludge and cleaning the same with water by Jet Machine and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc outside the MOD land ,depth of manholes not exc 1.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No.33 here-in- before,but depth of manholes exc 1.00mtr and n.exc 2.00 mtr.

M&L for removal of blokage of soil/waste pipes WC, WHB,Bottle Trap, Floor Trap etc running on external wall of buildings, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning and desludging of existing sewage line of 100 mm to 200 mm bore and depth up to 2.00 mtr from manhole to manhole complete desludging by means of mechanically (Jet Machine) and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc out side the MOD land including testing of drains by filling the pipes with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Dewatering of soak well by means mechanically 2.4 mtr dia and 6 mtr depth complete all as specified.

Desludging of septic tanks (200 users) mechanically by removing all loose materials and sludge and cleaning the same with water by Jet Machine and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Informatory boards : Providing and fixing in repair retro reflectorised informatory sign boards with information both side made out of high intensity grade setting fixed over aluminium sheet 1.5 mm thick, framed on 25 X25 stainless steel square hollow section and fixed by 8mm round Stainless steel bar to stainless steel tubes 40mm medium grade 1.20 m long and embeded in the ground size 30x30x45 cm of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and necessary excavation etc for size 1.20 X 0.90m complete all as directed.
