REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALLS AT MALL ROAD, PARADE ROAD AND OF CERTAIN UNITS/ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-III UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10 (GE/DE-69/2020-21)

Demolition of cement concrete, reinforced, of any type and in any position below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete, unreinforced, of any type and in any position below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive new plaster, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in benching, coping, lintels upto 1.5mtr span, cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses and similar items including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating on top of chajjas, rails, cills etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in louvers and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (precast frame shall be measured separately) set in cement mortar 1:4, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class “B” bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 using old size bricks, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per description of Srl Item No.- 09 here-in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and as directed.

18-20mm thick Granite stone slab (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, and the like not less than 1Sqm (in one piece), laid over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar 1:3 after rougheniung of existing concrete surface and applying a layer of neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade of stone, including moulding of edges including dismanling of old stone of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

10mm dia and above TMT bars cut to length, bend to shape as required including cranking, hooking ends & binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel framed work as in grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladder, framed balusters, railing, frame work for water tanks and similar work, complete conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2 mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc., including taking down old AC sheets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast Prefabricated cement concrete columns of required size and shape suitable with proper size channel for fixing of Pre Fabricated RCC wall panels of required size as per site requirement including fixing of columns to a required depth as per manufacturer's insturctions, complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- Excavation of post holes for fixing of Columns shall be measured and paid seprately.

Precast Prebabricated RCC wall Panels of 100 to 150 mm thick with weep holes, up to grond levels of suitable size fixed properly in prefabricated columns and sealed properly with filling materials as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast Prebabricated RCC wall Panels of 80 to 100 mm thick with of suitable size fixed properly in prefabricated columns and sealed properly with filling materials as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Wall cladding tiles (stone series), using tiles of size as per sample approved by GE thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old tiles with backing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plaster external wall surfaces and applying a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface smooth and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces with fully automatic airless spray machine for paint application, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of external wall surface by complete removal of existing treatment of walls by mechanised sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface smooth and applying one coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces with fully automatic airless spray machine for paint application, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- (Applicable to Srl items No. 1 to 27 & 33 to 79 here-in-above) For minimum fair wages ,EPF and payment to labour employed, refer Sch A Note No-17,18 and Special Condition No 5 & 21.2 of this tender. Contractor must produce all the relevent record such as payment made to labour, EPF etc at the time of payment of RARs/Final bill. No payment will be released to contrator without producing the proper record.

NOTE:- Irrespective of whatever specified elsewhere in tender documents, all the debris/waste materials produced out of above mentioned work shall be removed out of Cantonement land and disposed off at locations notified by the Delhi Cantonment Board for disposal of waste building materials within NCR area, without any extra cost to Department under own arrangement of contractors. The rates quoted by the contractors against the items catered here-in-above in the BOQ are inclusive of said provision.
