S & F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil colled outdoo type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 accuracy + 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second and of capacity 75 KVA complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2.00 here-in-above but size of cable 150 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mps working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide & not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out for taking out/laying cable, poles & stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick after the cable have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable i.e. total 23 cm and after punning down sand cushioning will be 18 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for common burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B' grade laid in trenches for protection of UG cables perpendicular to the direction of the cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of LT panel board, outdoor type, suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz electric supply system,outer body made out of 3.15 mm thick & inner shell made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated , The cubicle shall have frame work, bottom & 45 CM long four legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm Angle iron, aluminium main busbar duly sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for 3 Phase, 4 wire electric supply system and control wiring with multistranded PVC insulated copper wire size not less then 1.5 SQMM, complete comprising with following accessories all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note: Feeder pillar box shall be mounted on PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC foundation, cable gland and Danger notice plate 02 Nos shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item. Incoming: Aluminum busbar 4 Pole, of rating 600 Amps.- 01 Set (a) MCCB , 4 pole, 36 KA, 200A, adjustable type with spreader link - 01 No. (b) Digital type Amp meter & Vol meter, 3 Phase with CT- 01 Set (c) LED indicating lamps three Nos (RYB)-01 Set Outgoing: (a) MCCB , 4 pole, 36 KA, 160A, adjustable type with spreader link - 02 Nos. (b) MCCB , 4 pole, 16 KA, 63A, adjustable type with spreader link - 01 Nos.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6 mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (1991) & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all around earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Earth strip and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’.
