Elixir or equivalent stay, handles 2 Nos of heavy duty stainless steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The window should be panelled with 4mm thick plain float glass and SS mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade). Rubber gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frame should be fixed to the concrete/ masonary wall by means of self expanding screws including 10mm square guard bars with 152.4mm pitch, complete for finished item of work.

Complete removal of the existing sunken treatment incuding roughing and prepration surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, scurubbing down with steel brushes, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and apling the following treatment complete all as specified. (a) Making fillet of size 25mmx25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of Tapcrete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight, (b) Sealing joints of pipe with epoxy putty CICO POXY LC or epoxy mortar CICO POXY 2125. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of Tapcrete P-151 Acrylic polymer modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of Tapcrete P-151and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. (d) Appling a coat of tapcrete P151 brush topping 15mm thick consisting of one part of Tapcrete P 151, 2 parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured to 2 days. (e) Applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with CICO super@ 100 ml per 50 kg cement on treated surface. (f) Filling the sunken portion wityh PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) upto required level complete all as specified and directed.(PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.) Note: Ponding test should be performed for 48 hrs and quoted rates to include cost of all chemicals.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete complete all as directed and is specified

Complete removal of existing roof treatment of any description viz. tarfelt or membrane surface or roof tiles etc. including grubbing up of tree roots and removing all the debris to a distance n.exc 100m and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt / dust etc and applying the following roof treatment complete all as directed:- (a) Applying Ist course of 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 over concrete surface. (b) Applying 2nd course of bituminious primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm over the screed bed. (c) Applying 3rd course of a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 0 C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (d) Applying 4th course of APP (Atactic polypropylene) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap by forced / torch application as per manufactures instructions. (e) Applying 5th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) in any thickness as in padding on roof slab for levelling the surface of roof slab finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water tank (cylindrical vertical closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity of tank 500 ltrs and S&F 20 mm bore PTMT Ball valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe including dismantling of existing water tank of any description .

Gun-metal globe or gate valves with iron handle quarterturn type, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 20mm dia bore and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6

Material & Labour for chajja repair by using following steps :- (a) Removal of existing concrete along with loose damaged and cracked concrete/cover concrete from chajjas etc, exposing corroded steel reinforcements upto a depth of 10mm minimum behind the reinforcement by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers including high pressure water jetting to chipped concrete and reinforcement all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Hard concrete shall not be removed. However if the rebar is corroded, concrete around it shall be removed. (b) Cleaning the surface of reinforcement bars from dust by using wire brushes and dry cloth and applying FOSROC Rebakleens RR- Rust Remover or equivalent from BASF, SIKA, PIDILITE, KRISHNA CONCHEM using small brush and allow to react it for 16-24 hrs. (c) Providing and applying two coats of Fosroc Nitozinc Primer - two component, zinc rich epoxy, anti-corrosive protective coating or equivalent from BASF, SIKA, PIDILITE, KRISHNA CONCHEM by brushes to the exposed and cleaned rebars with an interval of 45minutes to 1 hour @ 40microns DFT / coat and allowed to completely dry for 24 hours all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Cleaning the concrete surface thoroughly once again using wire brush and applying one liberal coat of Fosroc Nitobond EP- two component Epoxy bonding agent or equlvalent from BASF, SIKA, PIDLITE, KRISHNA CONCHEM to the parent concerete with brush.

(e) Provding and appying 50 mm thick Renderoc SP 40 - or equivalent from BASF, SIKA PIDILITE, KRISHNA CONCHEM Polymer modified single component , alkaline resistant fibre reinforced, thixotropic, cemetitious patch repair mortar after mixing of Renderoc SP 40 or equivalent from BASF, SIKA, PIDILITE, KRISHNA CONCHEM with recommended qty of water using slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle and then applying the same to prepared surface and finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rate of this item is inclusive of all materials, labour, tools and plants, scaffolding and transportation etc. compelte as per specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality -A complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work & finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
