M&L for attending repair/rectification of external water supply complaints of GI/CI/DI/PP-R Pipe lines, sluice valves, gate valves of any type and size, Viz any type of leakages, no water supply and other water related complaints including transportation from complaint cell to complaint locations and back to complaint cell along with necessary T&P with provision of necessary excavation, returning and filling in as required at site, tightening of loose joints of union, elbow, sockets etc, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site under Zone I C of AGE EM No.I areas and the following type of complaints all as specified and directed. Note : - Contractor should visit the site to understand site condition/distance between the complaint cell to the AOR before coating the rates. No claim in this regard will be entertained during execution stage.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but for GI tubing 80 mm bore to 110 mm bore Notes for Sl item No 1 to 1.03:- (a) The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on required basis on all working days including Sundays and holidays and sufficient tradesman / resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day complaints within 12 hours from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of genuine cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log book of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify authorised representive/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.

(d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare/fittings utilized as per inventory format given by AGE E/M, Secunderabd and the same shall be submitted to E/M No I store yard on daily basis. (g) The stationery required for the job work such as complaint slip books, gate pass book, job card and T&P shall be arranged and maintained by the contractor. (h) The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, LT UG/HT cables, existing structure etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and no extra payment shall be allowed on this account. (j) Spares/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items No 9,10,11,12 & 13.

Taking up defective cast iron water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead from ground, cleaning the pipes free from sedimentation/scaling etc for reusing the serviceable pipes in repairs complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

For every feet cleaning, Removing Debris addition of bioenzyme, Disinfection to be used.b) De-slugging the decomposed waste in the well for every 3000 litter Vacuum suction using Jetting machine. c) Sending the debris and waste water to Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) for further processing. Vendor should have authorised MOU with GOVT FSTP. d) Complete disinfection of the well area using 200 ml/liters chlorine solution using mechanical spray/long handled broom. Dismantling of existing pump unit, motor, pipes and any other parts of open well of AGE E/M No 1 Sub Station and servicing the pump and make it functional and reinstall after cleaning of wells complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . The work shall also include all needed equipment (hoist, tripod, crane, electric generator... etc.) to complete the work as required. The cleaning of wells shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule A.
