Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in roof, floors (other than ground floor) beams, staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Scratch free, double charged, vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Non Skid ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq. m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m. in floors etc,including 15 thick screed bed set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tile complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350x 7 mm thick ,including 10 mm thick secreed bed set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or cloured cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate includes for cutting for offsets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

Description same as per item No 8.00 above but as in skirting or vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hard core of guage n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface
