The roof build-up over the existing liner sheet shall comprise, from top to bottom, of : Aluminium 65/400 standing seam roofing sheets manufactured from aluminium alloy AA 3004 (AlMn1Mg1), minimum 0.9 mm thick with stucco finish; Aluminium ST clips manufactured from aluminium alloy AA 6061-T5 of suitable height and fixed using SS 304 fasteners; 100 mm thick Rockwool insulation of minimum 60 kg/m3 density ; galvanised steel top hat sections of minimum 2.0 mm thickness, minimum yield strength of 245 MPa and galvanization of 275 GSM, fixed over continuous top hats using carbon steel self-drilling screws at maximum 900 mm c/c; continuous galvanised steel top hat sections of minimum 3.0 mm thickness, minimum yield strength of 245 MPa and galvanization of 275 GSM, installed over the existing liner sheet along the purlin direction and fixed using carbon steel self-drilling screws at maximum 600 mm c/c; a single-layer polyethylene reinforced vapour control membrane (VCL) reinforced with monofilament scrim having tensile strength of 150-170 N/sq.mm (MD) and weight of 150-180 GSM : and the existing trapezoidal liner sheet.
