Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil , complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 m or part or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 , complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cmin soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with MES marking on the top of the cover , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, Laying and testing in trenches or passing through pipe 11000 volts grade, heavy duty XLPE insulated cable, Stranded Compact Circular Aluminium Conductor, Conductor Screen With Extruded Semi Conducting Compound, XLPE Insulated, Insulation Screening with extruded Semi Conducting Compound in combination with Copper Tape, cores laid up, Pressure extruded PVC innersheath, galvanised flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC Sheathed Cable conforming to IS 7098 / (PART-II) 1985 with latest amendments of aluminium conductor cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre stressed concrete pole 11 meter long 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260mm at bottom class 9 complete including PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm stone graded stone aggregate in foundation and copying with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) ,complete all as specified & as directed. M&L for switch air break gang operated triple pole out door type unit HT 11 KV 50 cycle AC suitable for current rating upto 400 Amps mechanically operated mounted on insulators (9 insulators) and frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with earth switch and including locking arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Horn gap fuse (Copper) channel type fitted on two post insulator per pole per phase complete vertical type (6 insulators) connected with necessary nut bolts brackets including testing confirming to IS 9835 rating 12 KV, 400 Amps made of Gun metal including taking down old unserviceable , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV of rating 630 Amps RMU unit outdoor type (IP-54) protection duly painted ,SF-6 gas insulated RMU (Ring main unit) Three way comprising of Two numbers SF6 insulated load break switch as outgoing and one number Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incoming inside SF6 gas filled stainless steel (nonferrous and nonmagnetic grade) tank having IP-67 degree of protection with painting as per manufacturer specification & leak rate of SF-6 gas less than 0.1% , gas refillable at site/factory. RMU should be provided with Copper Bus bar, one number fault passage indicator , mechanism for interlocking arrangements for powered relay complete with all accessories as under. (a) RMU type installation Outdoor type, arc proof as per IEC: 62271-200 for design, Manufacturing and testing. The switchgear panel comprise of standard pre-fabricated cold rolled sheet steel units assembled (bolted) to form a rigid, free standing structure with Sheet Steel Thickness (CRCA in mm) of suitable size of existing VCB. Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure and depth of boring not exceeding 3 meter from ground level, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Current Transformer 11KV, single phase indoor resin cast, ratio 200-100/5-5-5A, Triple core, class 1.0-5P 10 burden 15/30VA insulation level 28KV/75KV as per IS-2705 to suit existing VCB incl taking out old CT ,Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix RCC Cable route indicator of size 800x300x100 mm duly written 'MES HT CABLE" in Block letter duly painted with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer and fixing with PCC (1:2:4) B1 using 20 mm graded stone in 450x450x300 mm volume for fixing route indicator,Complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Prior approval of route indicator colour to be taken from Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing RCC Cable route indicator of size 1300x300x100 mm duly written 'HT CABLE JOINT" in Block letter duly painted with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer and fixing with PCC (1:2:4) B1 using 20 mm graded stone in 600x450x300 mm volume for fixing route indicator,Complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Prior approval of route indicator colour to be taken from Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ FPB etc including fair finish even and fir to exposed surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work as required ,Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fly ash brick in CM (1:4) using sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius ,Complete all as specified and as directed.
