| 1 | The Job includes Complete repairing of both the indoor (AHU) and outdoor condensing units of the Blue Star make split ducted air conditioning system. The job involves detailed inspection of the entire system to identify defects in the refrigerant circuit, compressor, blower assembly, fan motors, control panel, and safety devices. The outdoor unit shall be dismantled and cleaned using suitable coil cleaning agents and high-pressure water, followed by rectification and replacement of defective components. The work includes replacement of the PCB in the outdoor unit, involving disconnection and removal of the defective board, inspection of electrical connections, and installation of a new factory-calibrated PCB compatible with the existing model. Necessary control wiring, compressor and fanmotor interfacing, and programming of operational parameters such as compressor sequence and protection features shall be carried out. Functional testing shall be performed to ensure smooth operation of the outdoor unit under normal load conditions. The indoor AHU unit shall be serviced thoroughly, including cleaning of the evaporator coil, blower, and drain tray. The Final alignment, belt tensioning, lubrication, and electrical connections shall be ensured for vibration-free operation.
All electrical and control components including wiring, thermostat, contactors, and safety controls shall be inspected, repaired, or replaced as required. Upon completion, the entire system shall be tested and commissioned by measuring suction/discharge pressure, voltage, current, temperature differential, and airflow to confirm rated cooling and heating performance. | 2 | Shifting of 11 Ton outdoor unit of Split Ducted system of Bluestar Make.The job includes dismantling, shifting, re-installation, testing and commissioning of the existing 11 TR split-ducted air-conditioning outdoor unit from the present installed location to a newly approved location, including all associated mechanical, refrigeration and electrical works required for restoring the system to its original performance. The job includes detailed site inspection, safe isolation of electrical power supply, dismantling of the outdoor unit along with existing suction and liquid refrigerant copper piping, control wiring, power cabling, and removal of existing mounting supports. The outdoor unit shall be shifted within the premises to approved location using suitable lifting and handling arrangements/manual labour ensuring no damage to equipment, followed by installation on a newly constructed concrete platform and proper alignment and leveling. The job further includes laying, re-routing of refrigerant copper piping of suitable diameter and thickness, complete with closed-cell thermal insulation and protective cladding, brazing of all joints with nitrogen purging to prevent internal oxidation, pressure testing of the complete refrigerant circuit using dry nitrogen, vacuum evacuation up to the required micron level, and refrigerant charging-30 kgs to the specified operating parameters after the shifting and installation of AHUs . Electrical works shall include extension and reconnection of power cabling-70 mtr control cabling -50 mtr with proper termination, earthing of the outdoor unit, verification of voltage, current, phase sequence and control interlocks. | 3 | Shifting of AHU 4400 CFM 2317 RPM along with additional ducting .The Job includes dismantling, shifting, re-assembly, re-installation, testing and commissioning of the existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) having DX type cooling coil, which shall be shifted from its present location to a newly designated location by way of complete dismantling of the AHU body into panels/sections due to site constraints, including provision of additional supply and return air ducting and all associated refrigeration, mechanical, insulation and electrical works required for proper system operation. The job includes detailed site inspection, isolation of electrical power supply, complete dismantling of the AHU casing including panels, fan section, filter section, DX coil section, access doors and internal components, dismantling of refrigerant copper suction and liquid lines with insulation, electrical power and control cabling, condensate drain piping and existing duct connections. The dismantled AHU components shall be carefully shifted within the premises with adequate protection against damage and subsequently re-assembled at the new location on a properly aligned base frame with vibration isolation pads, ensuring correct sealing, alignment and service clearances. The job further includes fabrication, supply and installation of additional GI sheet metal ducting of exisiting size of 22 gauge -120 rft complete with flanges, gaskets, turning vanes, volume control dampers, access doors and supports, along with thermal insulation as specified. Refrigeration works shall include re-laying and reconnection of DX refrigerant copper piping with insulation, brazing of joints with nitrogen purging, pressure testing using dry nitrogen, vacuum evacuation up to the required micron level, and refrigerant charging to achieve design operating parameters. Electrical works shall include reconnection and termination of power and control wiring, earthing of the AHU, checking of motor ratings, overload protection and control interlocks. The scope includes detailed site inspection, isolation of electrical power supply, dismantling of the FAHU casing including fan section, filter section, DX cooling coil section, access doors and internal components, dismantling of associated refrigerant copper piping with insulation, electrical power and control wiring, condensate drain piping and connected fresh air and return/exhaust ducting. | 5 | Construction of foundation for HVAC equipment -Outdoor Unit and AHUs.The Job includes construction of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) foundations for the Outdoor Unit (ODU), Air Handling Unit (AHU), and Exhaust Air Handling Unit (EAHU) of size 12 feet × 30 feet, with 2 feet depth below ground level and 1 foot above ground level. The job includes detailed site survey, layout marking, and excavation of approximately 20.4 m³ to the required depth of 2 feet, preparation of a firm and level base, and provision of 3.35 m³ of lean concrete (M10) bedding over compacted soil. The main foundation shall be cast in 30.6 m³ of reinforced cement concrete (M20 with approximately 2.4 tons of steel reinforcement as per structural design, including proper placement of anchor bolts, embedded inserts, and holding-down fasteners for mounting the equipment. Shuttering for the foundation, including the sub-surface and 1-foot exposed portion, shall cover an area of approximately 57 m² to ensure level surfaces during casting. Provisions for condensate piping, floor drains, electrical and control cable entry sleeves, and adequate maintenance clearances shall be included. Exposed surfaces shall be finished neatly, cured for the recommended period, and protected until equipment installation. Prior to placing the equipment, final verification of dimensions, levels, alignment shall be carried out.
