Taking out unserviceable LT panel board (of any size) and Supply, install, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT panel board, cubical type, sloping canopy top roof, dust and vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 2000 mm x 2000 mm x 900 mm, fabricated in CPRI approved factory with front and back openable door (with locking arrangement) and making compartment for each ACB/MCCB/change over switch separately, duly powder coated over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer inclusive of four numbers aluminium bus bar of 2000 Amps capacity (of adequate length), for three phase and neutral system, fixed over and including 4 nos insulators, pre-wired with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor (of adequate size), all incoming / outgoing connection to be made with copper lugs and copper strips, with provision of cable entry and exit at mid portion of the panel board (with cable gland),and two numbers Danger Notice Plate (of size 20 cm x 15 cm, suitable for LT line, made out of 0.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixed with MS Channel of size 75x40mm complete with legs not more than 450mm long including grouting with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge including supply and fixing of the following accessories :-

M&L for dry sand cushioning / sand covering for underground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment)

M&L bricks with sub class 'B' locally available laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (light grade) with all fittings, laid in trenches or under roads/floors/culverts etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable, laid in trench or fixed to wall/passing through pipe/pole incl necessary aluminium thimbles, jointing and testing complete of the following sizes and cross sectional area :- (Note :- Necessary earth work to be measured and paid separately.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 X 4 mm (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing and dismantling of existing unsv earthing complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043 :1987, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised Iron earth strip 25 x 4mm for connection of earthing with LT panel board burried in ground etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
