ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF ELECTRICALLY OPERATED PASSENGER LIFTS AT SRE BUILDING AT AF STATION BAMRAULI

Comprehensive maintenance and repair to passenger lift electrically oprated with speed of 0.5m/s travelling from ground floor to fourth floor (5 storey) with carrying capacity of 08 Passangers, 680 Kg capacity maximum, installed in SRE building. AMC is inclusive of checking of lifts for its proper function forthnightly, monthly, quartly and yearly basis and attending any type of breakdown by skilled mechnic all as specified and directed. Make : Johnson Modal No 3718) Note:-(i) Lift shall be got tested and "license to work a lift" shall be obtained from the lift inspector of the state govt. The rate charged by the lift inspector to issue license and any other charges is deemed to be included in the qouted rate. (ii) replacement of spare part s agaist srl No 02 to 06 , 11 & 12 is deemed to be included during AMC will be measured and paid separatly against relevant items. (iii) fixing cost including T & P involved are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) The contractor has to ensure that the comprehensive maintenance will be carried out by the authorized person engaged through OEM of lift only as per the terms and condition mentioned in the contract.

Supply in replacement of 110 Volt DC controller Fan suitable for lift as mentioned in item Sr No 1 above including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge

Supply in replacement of Cabin door lock suitable for lift as mentioned in item Sr No 1 above including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge

Supply only Ball bearing of motor suitable for lift as mentioned in item Sr no 1 above including taking down one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply Only emergency light charger cum timer for lift as mentioned in item Sr No 1 above complete all as specified and as directed by engineer -in - charge.

M&L for rewinding the following capactiy 3 phase electric motors for up down motion of lift with copper winding wire of gauge as per existing with insulation including dismantling ,transporting, refixing and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 4 Sqmm 3 Core Copper multistranded FRLS Armoured cable provided at ceiling/along the wall/ floor/ ground etc including complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of TPN 32 Amp 10 KA, C Curve including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of SP 6 Amp 10 KA, C Curve including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed

Supply only in replacement of hook assembly of both sides for lift as mentioned in item Sr No 1 above including taking down one complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge

Supply only of travelling cable 4 core x 0.75 sqmm copper conductor pvc insulated & pve outer sheath complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing in replacement battery 12V , 18 AH including taking down old one complete all as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement battery 12V , 7 AH including taking down old one complete all as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement battery 12V , 2.5 AH including taking down old one complete all as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 100 Amps 3 pole 415 volt 16 KA with adjustable thermal and magnatic releases including taking down one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F in replacement of LED 18 watt prime round panel including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of 16 Sqmm 4 Core Copper multistranded FRLS Armoured cable provided at ceiling/along the wall/ floor/ ground etc including complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
