External painting of Power House building, Switchyard building, CISF check posts and boundary wall and fencing of Power House of Indira sagar Power Station, Narmada nagar, Distt. Khandwa (M.P.).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth i/c all cost of material, labour and scaffold etc in all position complete. Note : Putty shall be applied only on the internal walls, for application on the exterior walls prior permission of Chief Engineer will be required.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and underincluding cutting the patch inproper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls completeincluding disposal of rubbish tothe dumping ground within 50metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.
