12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:4) for finished smooth surface of brick walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. comp. with cost conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per the direction of EIC.

Scraping old paints with scrappers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding up to 5m height including cost of all labour, T&P required to complete as direction of EIC.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Cement based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC. Dismantling & removing doors, window and refixing after repair including removing frames, hinges, fastening & stacking the same for reuse & removing the debris from the work site etc completed as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coat with approved brand of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of primer over old/new wood and iron works including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance, cost of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC. (Paints of Burger/Nerolac/J&N /Asian/ ICI Brand is to be used.)

Providing & Laying of granite flooring with 20mm thick black granite tile of approved shade on floor and step over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:4) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with neat white cement slurry jointing the tile with neat white cement slurry mixed with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the marble tile if required watering and curing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading and royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead. including cost of all labours,T & P required for the work etc. Complete as directed by EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing Anti skid ceramic floor tile of 300mmx300mm size of approved brand and shade on 25mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand)jointed with neat cement, slurry mixed with pigment to match the shed of tiles complete as per specification and direction of EIC including cost, carriage of all materials cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work..(Tiles should be of Kajari/ Somany / RAK / Johnson/ Nitco/ Orient Bell)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing vitrified (Coloured/ Printed Homogeneous Series) floor tile of 600mmx600mm size of approved brand and shade on 25mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand)jointed with neat cement, slurry mixed with pigment to match the shed of tiles complete as per specification and direction of EIC including cost, carriage of all materials cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work. (Tiles should be of Kajari/ Somany/ RAK / Johnson)
