Road Path Culvert

Item No 02 : S & F in repairs PVC speed breaker DA-1008 of size 500mm x 365mmx50mm (reflector on both sides) complete all as specified and directed

Sewage Disposal

Item No 03 : S & F ultra plus PE, DWC (Double wall Corrugated) pipes conforming IS-16098 Part-2: 2013, conforming to IS laid to slope in trenches, jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 A : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 min width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m inany kid of soil. complete all as specified and directed.

External Water supply

Item No 05 : M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm (internal dimensions) one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, rendering 15 mm internally and externally upto 150 mm thick below GL, providing 3.15 mm thick MS sheet valve pit cover, welded with 40 mm x 5mm flat iron frame around including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement and 40 x40 x 6 mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of holdfast 150 mm long embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block size as per standard, applying two coat of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of all exposed steel surfaces including necessary excavation & earthwork in soil complete all as specified.

External Electric supply

Item No 06 : M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 4mm dia GI wire as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR Part -I connected to earthing test point all as specified complete with excavation & earth work, PCC pit with 50mm thick RCC cover (grade M-15) having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod) 20mm dia GI medium grade ISI marked watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked for protection of earth lead conductor all as directed and testing on completion.

Item No 07 : Supply and installation testing and commissioning LT Panel out door type, water and vermin proof protection of minimum size 1400mm x 1000mm x 500 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment supplied fitted and connected internally complete with bus bar with other accessories and also including removing old exisisting one complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 09 : Supply and installation polycarbonate junction loop in/loop out of internal size 250X210X115 mm made out of FRP (hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and cocking screws alongwith 5/6 Amp MCB-01 No , 15 Amps rated 3 Pole connnector-01 No, neutral link mounted abd din raiil suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box duly fixed to steel tubular pole usin 25 X 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Item No 10 : Nature Switch street light controller three phase 5 KW of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based NATURAL SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights, required illuminance for switching on is ≤30 Lux and for switching off ≥10 Lux also having part night operation 4 to12 hour with contactors and outgoing and incoming MCBs connected with min 10sqmm FLRS multistranded circuit all these must be enclosed in a pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof and termite proof conforming to IP54 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Item No 11 : S&F service bracket for street light fitting made out of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe of length 1.5 mtr long (approx) bend to shape 115 degree and fix to pole for fixing of street light fitting on pole/wall etc fixed with 2 Nos 32x 6 mm GI clamp, Nut,bolts,washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Internal Electric Supply

Item No 12 : S & F modular MCB protected socket comprising of 32A MCB C curve, and 16/20 A Socket for AC/Geyser, modular switch 16A complete with Sheet metal Enclosure for 230 volt 50 Hz AC including all acessories as one complete set all as specified and as directed .

Item No 13 : Supply and fix Decorative wall light made up of high grade engineering plastic material suitable for 9/12 W LED Complete all specied and as directed
