REPAIR/MAINTENANCE, REWINDING OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN ETC ALONGWITH CONNECTED E/M ITEMS IN MD/OTM ACCN UNDER AOR OF GE (SOUTH) MAMUN

Servicing of ceiling fans of capacity 1200/1400mm including taking down from site , dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing including replacement of PVC fan box round sheet as required on site and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rewinding and supply of replaced parts other than specified in this item, if any, shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling ceiling fan motor 1400/1200 mm sweep any make and taking out burnt winding by cutting, cleaning slouts and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm/1400mm of any make of fan with super enameled heat resistant copper winding wire of gauge 35/36 SWG including, sleeve work, varnishing with 1st class insulation, greasing, threading, connection with flexible wire 0.472 mm copper wire upto connector block and re-assembling and testing for 4 Hrs after repair complete all as specified and directed. (Repairs will be measured and paid for separately under respective items) Notes:- (i) Fan shall be collected by the contractor from MES store yard at thier own arrangement. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only and repair of exhaust fan shall be undertaken inside complex office of GE(S) Mamun. (iii) Super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used of make Khaitan /RPG / KEI or equivalent shall only be used. (iv) Total weight of binding wire should not be less than 200 gm per fan. Old burnt, retrieved binding wire for credit shall also be taken not less than 200 gm per fan. Contractor shall keep this aspect in mind before quoting the rate. (v) Rates are deemed to include cost of repair /servicing & replacement of minor spare part i.e. blade screws, capacitors, terminal connections, split pin, spring washers etc.

Servicing of exhuast fans of capacity upto 380mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing including replacement of PVC fan box round sheet as required on site and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Rewinding and supply of replaced parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured and paid seperately.

All as per description Sr item No 03 here in before but capacity 450mm to 750 mm.

Dismantling and Re-winding of exhaust fan/industrial wall mounting fan/pedestal fan motor380 mm sweep any make of fan with super enameled heat resistant copper winding wire 31 SWG to 34 SWG including cutting and getting out old brunt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation greasing, threading, connections with twin core copper flexbile wire of size 23/0.0076 mm of length not more than one mtr with each fan complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Exhaust Fan/pedestal fan shall be collected by the contractor from MES store yard at thier own arrangement. Old burnt, retrieved binding wire for credit shall also be taken not less than 500 gm per fan. Contractor shall keep this aspect in mind before quoting the rate.

Supply only gun metal bush of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep as per existing size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only capacitor AC 440volts 2.5 mfd ISI marked with copper wire terminal including PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Srl item No 08 here-in-above but 3.15 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ceiling fan blades made of MS sheet duly powder coated of thickness not less than 1.00mm suitable for 1400/1200mm sweep ceiling fan of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only down rod for ceiling fan made of MS pipe Med Grade 15 mm bore duly drilled holes at both ends & slot with hole in other end suitable for fixing of ceiling fan of any sweep/type and spray painted (length of rod not less than 45cm and not more than 60cm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only superior quality PVC canopy top & bottom of ceiling fan as per existing size & shape complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only metallic casing set (upper and lower ) for housing ceiling fan motor of size required at site for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep powder coated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only metallic exhuast fan/wall mounted fan blade duly powder coated of type, make and colour as of existing exhaust fan, wall mounted fan, suitable for size upto 380mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Srl item No 17 here-in-above but for size 450mm to 750mm sweep.

S&F in repairs cable PVC insulated and overall sheathed with flexible copper conductor 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing old paint of ceiling fan 1200-1400mm sweep by scraping with sand paper including washing and filling cavaties with filler and applying two coats of heat resistant high quality synthetic enamel paint at workshop by spray painting incl, writing MES No on the ceiling fans as directed. Note:- Paint qaulity and colour shall be get approved by GE.

M&L for removing old paint of exhaust fan upto 380mm sweep by scraping with sand paper including washing and filling cavaties with filler and applying two coats of heat resistant high quality synthetic enamel paint at workshop by spray painting incl, writing MES No on the exhaust fans as directed. Note:- Paint qaulity and colour shall be get approved by GE.

S&F in repairs GI shutter and lovers of exhaust fan upto 380 mm sweep as per existing size & shape duly spray painted complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sr Item No 24 here in before but 450mm to 750 mm sweep.

S&F in repairs PVC fan blade set of suitable size as per existing make and size of exhaust fan upto 300mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lathe work of ceiling fan / exhaust fan of any capacity and make, including re-alignment to rotor, stater sloter, cleaning welding , bracing and polishing etc and refixing after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for unservicable defective electric meter 10 to 60 Amps single / three phase through an companyauthorised service provider by replacing defective PCB board, indicator display control push, wiring and sealing the meter & terminal connections including taking out defective meterfrom existing location & refixing in same position after repair complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cost of PCB board, indicator display control push wiring and sealing shall be deemed included in unit rate. (ii) Contractor shall provide the written warranty for one year.

Supply only PVC body of exhaust fan alongwith shutter cover plate of size upto 300mm sweep including all fitments such as screws, gasket cover, canopy of both sides etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only motor of exhaust fan upto 380mm sweep metallic body 230 Volts 50Hz 900RPM (ISI Marked) with copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only motor of exhaust fan from 450mm to 750 mm sweep metallic body 230 Volts 50Hz 900RPM (ISI Marked) with copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only outer metallic body of exhuast fan alongwith connected support arm and body frame of size upto 380 mm sweep including all fitments such as screws, gasket cover canopy of both side etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only outer metallic body of exhuast fan alongwith connected support arm and body frame of size upto 450 mm to750mm sweep including all fitments such as screws, gasket cover canopy of both side etc complete all as specified and directed.
