Demolition of stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing building materials etc. obtained from demolition (other than spoil) outside MoD land asper guidelines of state govt / local municipal bodies at contractors own cost.

M & L for Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out and getting out in Hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 5 above but depth exc. 1.50m and n.exc.3.00m

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Form work to sides of concrete foundation/footing, plinth beams & similar work vertical batter rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix concrete, using 20mm graded aggregate for foundation footing, plinth beams and bases of column etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses,etc.; vertical or to batter, Rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix concrete, using 20mm graded aggregate for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 12 above but for 6mm to 8mm dia.

All as per item no. 12 above but for 5mm and over, upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups.

M & L for Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above Item No. 15 but except material.

M & L for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of squared rubble walling, regular coursed, Secunderabad and Bangalore types of squared rubble walling, regular coursed, Secunderabad and Bangalore types. Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc.20 mm in Granite or trap stone complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing to rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to coarse with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ) and setting in mortar CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete cast-in situ 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggragate) in bands, coping and the like incl weathering throating as directed incl use of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessarydrilling, bolting or riveting, embeding in concrete etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

S & for zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (Dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 kg per coil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preperation of new plastered surface and apply two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting on steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of read oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surface new or previously treated surfaces. all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising(or lowering) to the required level with aggregates of gauge 40 to 60 mm and 60mm to 80mm in two layer respectively complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning, filling hard dense soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
