Taking down chowkats (or) frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) of area not exc.1.5 sqm each including separating guard bars/grills/wire mesh etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats (or) frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) of area exc.1.5 sqm but not exc 4sqm each including separating guard bars/grills/wire mesh etc., all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1sqm but not exc. 2 sqm and complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down door shutters of any description exc. 1sqm but not exc. 2 sqm and refixing in the same opening after laying floor tiles and making necessary alterations to the size of shutters to suit with the door opening to the required height complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class Hard wood,plain solid straight chowkats and frames rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fitted complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge metred cut at two corners and joined by inserting two Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube inside the 19mm x 19mm square tube fixed to wall in repairs by drilling 100mm long MS screws using PVC fastener complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with particle board core 28 to 30mm thick with 2,4,6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded Prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC sheet on back face, supplying and fixing in frame at site as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, but divided into squares, gauze, etc. with sash bars edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood panelled shutters 35mm thick, plain framed (any no of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or 12mm veneered particle board commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS :1003(Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically treated and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.
