Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS-2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in ::Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) As Per SOR Ch-9 Item No-6.4.1

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) As Per DSR 2023 item No-13.5.1.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. As per DSR-2023 Ch No-13.80

Finishing wall with premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @.90kg/10sqm) . As Per DSR-2023 Ch No-13.47.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (nominal size) As Per SOR Ch-08 Item No-4.1.6
