Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc, and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortor as in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified & directed

M&L for Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles laid edges as in surface channels, drain etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in CM 1:4 as in drain work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to brick wall with CM 1:3 for drain and surface channel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface on fair face finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface other than fair finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including brooming , scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint at any height incl necessary scaffolding /Centreing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment old wall surface and preparation of old surface including applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bands, plinth course and junction of brick edging and brick lining for drains as in benching other similar works including use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms , moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as sub base of flooring 75 mm thick all complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old precast concrete paver block of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete/bricks work /masonry etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for frame work of angle iron as in fencing posts including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes,notching for wire etc flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc ) including all necessary welding,drilling holes etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and direced.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises and disposal of dabris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite machine cut 20mm thick any coloured bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement with admixture of pigment to match including cutting ,polishing and rounding edges as on columns or pillars/columns window- cills, cooking platforms including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 ,including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite necessary fastner and at any height (not exc 10 mtrs)including necessary scaffolding/Centreing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 16 to 18mm Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.25 sqm area and not exceeding 0.5 sqm fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat 30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any shade/colour on steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of any shade/ colour on steel surface over a coat of red oxide primer over any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining only in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) for cover slab for manhole, drain ,kitchen cooking platform and similar articals with plane faces set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F 1.6mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Rolled sections as in running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirm to Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick,set, jointed and finsihed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
