Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top and bottom rails. Supply and fixing 35mm thick factory made wooden moulded panel door shutter with masonite facing on both side of (two,three,or four panel design as approved) made of solid core using machine filled rigid expanded polyurethane foam . The door facing plate shall be 3.2mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existiing sunken treatment and cleaning sunken surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. Material and labour for providing water proofing treatment to sunken floors all as given below :- (a) Making fillet of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tapecrete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing of joints of pipe with epoxy putty CICO POXY LC or epoxy mortar CICO POXY 2125. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be carried out upto 300mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. (d) Appying a coat of TAPECRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured to 2 days. (e) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with CICO super @ 100ml per 50 Kg cement on treated surface. (f) Material and labourcement concrete type E-2(1:5:10) as in filling of sunken floor. Note : Ponding test should be performed for 48 hours as per direction of engg. in charge.

Material and labour for GI spout 25mm dia light grade ,fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed. by Engineer -in-charge

Material and labour for provision of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below :- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. (b) Material and labour for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iitres/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (d) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non oven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (e) Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 20-22mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/terraces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

E/M Portion: - Taking down old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring concealed / batten (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches,sockets, ceiling roses,bell push,bell electric,lamp holder,bulk head fitting, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting and any type switch board wooden/iron,round block etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with proper colour coding , insulated , unsheathed , multistranded ,copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 6 Sqrmm for phase and neutral and one run of 6.0 Sqrmm for earth wire unsheathed , miltistranded , copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the existing rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length incl taking down old wiring complete all as specified and directed Note : Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.
