Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and not exc. 1.5 meters deep for laying of GI pipe line any type of soil, getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 meters away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Laying of GI pipe mediun grade ISI mark including all fittings in new positions in trenches/wall/floor complet and making good the distributed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes :

Supply and installation of flanged ends 50mm strainer/dirt box, with stainless steel mesh suitable for water meter for potable water supplies on up stream of water meter to avoid foreign material entering into meter including connection complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation of flanged ends 50mm Water Meter woltman type, including testing and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts etc ISI Marked fixing in horizontal/incline/vertical position, including connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication (welding work ) of MS pipe for connections for suction, to header and connected to out going water main DI/GI pipe line connection complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (with 40 mm graded aggregate) as in grouting, finished even and mooth without using extra cement as on brick work/flooring complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying jointing,testing 80MM DI pipe with class-K-7 spigot socketed ends , conforming to IS-8329 laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Tyton Joint, Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separetely.)

Material and labour for DI specials such as Tees, bends of any size and radius, collars, tapers, tail pieces, caps and plugs etc upto 100mm bore

Material and labour for 80MM Rubber Gasket Joint (Tyton Joint) including jointing material for DI connection complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour including jointing and testing of cast iron sluice valves class PN-1.0, conforming to IS14846 flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing MS flange 50 mm bore duly welded with flange joint including nuts bolts ,washer ,Rubber or fiber board gasket joint of size 50mm size

M & L for Construction of valves pit chamber having intermal dimention 90 cm * 90cm*90 cm (internal height) using PCC (1:4:8) 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cms. Thick, 23 cm tick wall in CM (1:4), 10mm tick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement mortar, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting MS frame including 3mm tick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50mm pad lock with double key angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primers including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surpuls soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed
