Disconnecting existing water tanks of (exceeding 250 & not exceeding 500 litres in capacity), setting aside (or lowering if required) and cleaning, removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of pipe including hoisting (if required) reconnecting and refixing in position with required fittings complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Date of cleaning must be written at side of water tank with white paints after cleaning of tank)

S&F in repairs of 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubings & connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor, trench etc.) for 15 mm bore pipes with new fittings etc after and including taking up or down existing steel tubing and cleaning the same for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC and backing coat of any thickness and any type including taking out of existing un-serviceable tarfelt / bituminous membrane on roof and parapet of any roof height carefully by cutting chiseling or by any mechanical way, cleaning the surface by scraping, brooming, brushing etc and rubbish off the premises and applying neat cement slurry @3 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm (avg) thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding / levelling course mixed with WPC @200ml/50 Kg of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of walls and roof mixed with WPC @200ml/50 Kg of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates, kerbs or mud stops, top of chajjas, basement for water tank etc rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work finishing the surface even and fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a coat of oil based bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384 on roof, canopy, chajja, parapet (vertical surface etc) @ 0.40 Litre / Per Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 250C, 0.87 to 0.89 litre and viscosity 70-160 cps after proper cleaning the roof surfaces (horizontal/vertical) and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms / sqm) laid on primed surface with side over lap of 100 mm and end overlap of 150 mm, using bitumen torch or by LP gas torching and sealing all joints etc and ensuring complete thermo fusing and applying one coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Removing plant including roots by dismantling of brick work/PCC/RCC including necessary scaffolding any type in any location/position i.e. roof, parapet wall near pipes etc and applying concentrated hydrochloric or sulphuric acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowth and making good of disturbed portion using PCC (1:2:4) type B0 & 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) size of disturbed portion 150mm X150mmX200mm complete all as specified and directed.
