Providing, laying, spreading and compacting specified graded stone aggregates Using machine crushed metal 40mm to 63mm size at a rate of 0.50 Cu.mt./10 Sq.mt. 22.4mm to 40mm Machine crushed blast trap metal at a rate of 0.25 Cu.mt./10 Sq.mt., 5.60mm to 22.4mm Machine Crushed metal at a rate of 0.75 Cu.mt./10 Sq.mt. and natural sand having 5.60mm to 75mm micron to be used a rate of 1.80 Cu.mt./10 Sq.mt. in sub base course 0.25 Cm. thick including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mixture including carriage of mix material by tipper to at site of work, spreading in uniform in two layer with motor grader for sub-base & compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (as per design and mix determined density) including all require materials, labour machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading etc. complete as per most specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing, laying spreading Wet Macadam(300mm) thick in base course by mechanical mean and compacted graded stone aggregates by using 40mm machine crushed black trap metal at a rate of 0.40Cu.mt/10Sq.mt, 20mm nominal size machine crushed metal to be used at a rate of 1.35Cu.mt/10Sq.mt, 10mm nominal size machine crushed metal to be used at a rate of 1.20Cu.mt/10Sq.mt coarse sand to be used at a rate of 0.60Cu.mt/10Sq.mt and stone dust to be used at a rate of 0.40Cu.mt/10Sq.mt to wet mix design specification including pre-mixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mixture (wet mix macadam plant) including carriage of mix material by tipper to the site of work etc. complete as per Most specification and directed by engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying 50mm thick compacted I.e 69mm Lean bituminous macadam with tack coat at 5.00kg/10sq.mt using stone chips as per gradation, VG-30 (60/70) asphalt at the rate of 3.50% by weight of aggregates by hot mix hot laid process including providing and operating required plant machinery cost of fuel and lubricant, labour, consolidation charges, cleaning the surface etc. in requires grade and chamber etc. complete
Providing and laying 40mm thick compacted I.e 55mm looose Bituminious macadam with tack coat at 5.00kg/10sq.mt using stone chips as per gradation and VG-30 (60/70) asphalt at the rate of 4.0% by weight of aggregates by hot mix hot laid process including consolidation, providing and operating required plant machinery, cost of fuel lubricant, labour charges, cleaning the etc. in requires grade and chamber tec. Complete
Providing and Laying 20mm thick compacted Mixed Seal Surfacing Macadam using stone aggregate as per gradation by hot mix hot laid process using the binder VG-30 (60/70) penetration bitument at the rate of 5.00% by weight of aggregate including consolidation, providing and operating plant and machinery cost of fuel, oil, lubricants labour charges and cleaning the surface etc.in required gradeamd camber including laying the tack coat at the rate of 2.5 Kg/10 Sq.mt. etc. complete.
Providing and laying asphalt painting on paver surface with VG-30 (60/70) penetration bitumenat the rate of 7.5kg/10 sq.mt. and spreading of stone dust on painted surface at therate of 0.08 cu.mt./10 sq.mt. including cleaning etc. complete
