Supply of 20 W, 1200 mm length, indoor surface mounted LED batten made up of Extruded aluminium/ CRCA/Standard alloy housing, integrated electronic driver along with other accessories and suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply complete as required and as per technical specifications.

Supply of 25 W LED integral street light made up of High pressure die cast aluminium/ Standard alloy, IP65 protection and having LEDs, inbuilt driver along with other accessories and suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply complete as required and as per technical specifications.

Supply of 1200 mm sweep, 5 star electrical ceiling fan without regulator complete with down rod, canopies, ball bearing, motor, blades, capacitor etc. and suitable for use on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply etc. complete as required.

Supply of 300 mm dia, 900 RPM, heavy duty exhaust fan including louvers and all accessories suitable for 230 V 50 Hz single phase AC supply etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 x 12.5 mm U-PVC trunking system on surface alongwith end caps, changeable internal/external angles, flate angles, flate junction etc. as per site requirement.

Supplying and fixing of 105 x 50 mm U-PVC trunking system on surface alongwith cover, joints, internal/external angles, flate angles, end cap, flate junction, holding clips, clip-on support modules with finishing plate for mouting accessories i.e switch, socket etc as per site requirement.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 1.5 sqmm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/ trunking as required.

Supplying and drawing 5 x 1.5 sqmm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/ trunking as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 4 sqmm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/ trunking as required.

Supplying and drawing 2 pair 0.5 mm dia FRLS PVC insulated annealed copper conductor, unarmored telephone cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm size of medium class FR PVC rigid conduit alongwith acessories in surface/ recess including cutting the wall and making the good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amps modular switch on the existing modular plate & switch box or PVC trunking including connections but excluding modular plate etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 15/16 amp modular switch on the existing modular plate & switch box or PVC trunking including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp modular socket outlet on the existing modular plate & switch box or PVC trunking including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LED light fitting including supply and fixing of 32 mm dia x 1 m length light class GI pipe, bracket, bending, reducer and all other accessories including connections etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired LED fitting of all types, complete with all accessories etc. directly on wall including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring in the existing down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable, earth connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (UPS MCB DB, But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing 8 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (UPS MCB DB, But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing 4 way (4 + 12), Double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing single channel digital time switch in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 A rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A, “C” curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply of 3.5 x 120 sqmm, 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor power cable confirms to IS 7098 (part -1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4 x 6 sqmm size PVC / XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed 1.1 KV Grade flexible copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 specifications with upto date amendment as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 70 sq. mm (38 mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 120 sq. mm (45 mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3½ X 95 sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (Pipe shall be supplied by the AAI, Udaipur Airport)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 0.5 HP single phase, 25 mm x 25 mm bore dia, 6 - 21 meter head, 1850-500 LPH, self priming pump set suitable for 230V, 50 Hz AC supply.

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire alarm armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having XLPE insulation, steel wire armouring & FRLS outer sheath complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 25 mm dia MS flexible pipe with PVC coating along with all ancillaries and accessories like coupler etc. as required.

Supply of 5 star rated energy efficient, 1.5 TR, invertor type, single phase, wall mounting type split Air conditioner unit, consisting of indoor unit, out door unit, cordless remote control, refrigerant gas, standard length of refrigerant pipe, drain pipe, power cable etc. and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 HZ, single phase AC supply etc. as per OEM standard and complete as required as per technical specifications.

Installation testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR Single phase Split AC units including fixing the condenser unit by providing and fixing suitable dimension of angle iron stand duly painted and fixing of evaporator unit including fixing of liquid & suction line, wiring between indoor and outdoor units, drain piping, insulation etc. supplied with unit, first charge of refrigerant etc. complete as required as per site conditions.

Supply and fixing of refrigerant copper piping of 1/4" for delivery & 1/2" for return for connection between evaporator and condenser unit with insulation in addition to standard length supplied with AC unit complete as required as per site conditions.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 240 kA 3 phase 4 wire Energy Conversion Digital Grounding apparatus with inbuilt 100% Lightning and Surges protection, Noises, ESD, EPR and abnormal electrical characteristics which enter from power and other service lines and ensuring clear bonding potential (earth to Neutral voltage) less than 1.0 V to be connected in parallel to the circuit. The devise should be USA Patent, confirming to CE, tested and certified as per IEC-61643-1, IEC-61000-4-5, IEC-61000-6-1, IEC61000-6-3, ISO14001-2004 in Pre wired metal enclosure with pulverulent body painting including all accessories as required. Providing & creating of CPRI tested earth pits material using ISOGEL earth enhanced compound of 20 kgs, ISO Tube advanced chemical earth tube made with k type copper tube of 2.5” dia, 8fts. long, 1.6 mm thick installed vertically or horizontally as per the site conditions complete with flanges bends top cover heavy duty plastic inspection chamber including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Installation of rectangular C.I. Transformer housing box of Size 600mm (l) x 450mm(w) x 450mm(h) on unpaved surface including cutting of surface, 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone 20 mm nominal size) at base, 150 mm cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement : coarse sand : graded stone 20 mm nominal size) all around, shuttering & centering, finishing the surface, providing 300 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water etc., cutting & threading of pipe, i/c adjustment of housing with thedolite etc, refilling the surface and making good the same as original as required as per drawing.

Dismantelling, shifting, reinstallation, testing and commissioning of PAPI (set of 4 units, Make: AMA, Model: Mk-III) on cement concrete foundation and detailed as follow (i) Providing PAPI unit foundation 900 mm x 900 mm x 200 mm depth including excavavtion of earth, 100 mm thick foundation cement concerete 1:4:8 mix (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), 200 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), centering & shuttering, refilling etc complete as required. (Actual depth of foundation shall be as per site for leveling and alingement of PAPI). (ii) PAPI check stick foundation 400 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm depth including excavavtion of earth, cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), refilling etc complete as required. (iii) Installation of isolating transformer, crimping of plug and receptacles, laying of secondary lead from CI housing box to sign boards, making connection including supply of all material excluding PAPI unit, secondary lead, plug & receptacles, isolating transformers etc. as required. (iv) Leveling, alingment, angle setting, calibration etc. of complete PAPI set as per design and meeting DGCA CAR requirement.
