S&F MS board with cherry red colour of size 10 mtr X 1.2 Mtr to be fixed at 25 mtr height GL, above the main porch at front portion of the building with all essential fixtures to be fixed in stone masonry securely with stainless steel letters of made in Grade of SS-304 with silver shiny polish of height 600 mm as per user prefer language, size of the letter should be exc. 150mm and not exc. 1000 mm with PCDA(O) Hollow Gram sign, outline and design are given by Engr-in-Charge. MS Board should made with 50mm heavy duty pipe with box frame with 18 mm guage or less heavy duty MS sheet and should have arrangement for fixing letters complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : The above rate should be include of necessary scaffolding and Crane expenses with safety measures equipment for G+4 building and any demolition and repair work carried out during fixing of board)

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel iron of any description not otherwise provide for.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh and barbed wire any type etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out hard desnse soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC in foundation in 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm garded agg) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material not exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5M above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as spd and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm stone graded aggregate as in coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.
