Schedule- 01 Repairing and maintenance of Water supply pipeline of Residences of Personnels of HOPS Obra at Obra Residential Colony, Sonebhadra. (U.P.)

Engagement of fitter/plumber for non measured work in repair and maintenance work in internal /external water supply pipe line as per direction of engineer-in-charge with all T&P required (Labour rates only).

Engagement of helper/ Beldar for non-measured work such as helping plumber and other miscellaneous work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

1st class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortars in super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of brick as required and also including honey comb brick work, thickness of wall shall not be less than one brick thick. (230mm).

1st class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortars in super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of brick as required and also including honey comb brick work, thickness of wall shall not be less than half brick thick. (115mm).

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement and coarse sand 2.5 fineness modulus over brick work, minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and coarse sand 2.5 fineness modulus over brick work, minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

4cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm graded approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement as specified and removing over lapping of mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish without base concrete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride CPVC/UPVC pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
