Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.
Making drainage arrangements behind lining by excavating Longitudinal / Transverse drains of trapezoidal section in the bed of channel and disposal of earth with all leads & lifts loading & unloading, dressing the bottom and sides of the drain, and the items given below complete in all respects as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge i) Providing and laying of filter material for drains consisting of 200 gsm. Geo textile and gravels of nominal size 20-40 M.M including placing, anchorage of Geo-textile, carriage, loading and unloading, grading and compaction. ii) Providing and laying perforated PVC pipe of nominal outer dia 160 mm (working pressure 0.6 MPa) in drains for all depths with correct alignment, gradient,levels, cutting and jointing etc. including fixing in position PVC tees.cross cap and other required fitting for PVC pipe including all materials, carriage loading , unloading and all lead & lifts.
Supply and fixing in bed PVC Pressure Relief valve in plate & socket type design having zero backwater leakages with housing pipe of nominal outer dia 160 mm (working presure 0.4 MPa), having length of 430 mm and strainer pipe of nomial dia 110mm (working presure 0.6 MPa), with all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per design, drawing & specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.
Supply and fixing in side slopes PVC Pressure Relief valve in plate & socket type design having zero backwater leakages with housing pipe of nominal outer dia 160 mm (working presure 0.4 MPa), having length of 750 mm and strainer pipe of nominal outer dia 110mm (working presure 0.6 MPa), complete in all respect as per design, drawing & specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.The rate shall be inclusive of excavation of PRV side pocket and disposal of earth with all leads and lifts, supply, carriage, loading & unloading, laying & compaction etc. of filter material consisting of sand and gravels complete in all respect as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.
Supply and laying first layer of graded filter with coarse sand, F.M. 1.5 or above against sub grade with all leads and lifts including loading, unloading and carriage of coarse sand from approved quarry, grading of material and compaction in bed, side slopes etc. complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge. (Bed and Side Slopes)
Supply of 200 GSM geotextile as per specification including carriage to site, laying in position in drains on sub grade, anchorage of geotextile, complete in all respect as per drawing, design, specifications, and the instructions of the Engineer incharge.
