SPECIAL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD IN 283 FD REGT UNDER GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at lest 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq m. putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bitumious macadam mixed with paving bitumen @ 4% binder (viscosity grade VG-10) contents any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exc 75mm ) with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing surfaces by brushing in Black top with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt, aggregates etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of viscosity grade VG 10/30 at the rate 05 kg per 10 sq meters completed as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by wt of total mix paving bitumen (VG-10) viscocity grade mixed in hot mix plant transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver, and roled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat eyes ABS Body with scratch and abrassion resistant,microprismatic,polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lense of temperature resistance body of size 100mmx90mmx17mm fixed on road with bituminous adhensive as per manufacture instruction having abrasion resistance creamer and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals oil.grese and foreign materials etc and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (Rectro reflective) of white colour or yellow using hot thermoplastic material by filly/semi automatic thermo plastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater drive by operator on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Traffix convex Mirrors body colour Black in Polycarbonate/Stainless steel with Dome size is 30inches and diameter in 36 inches with pole as suitable height for ground requirement and Excavtion , PCC and etc complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Material and labour for 150mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of ground floor n exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
