Pavement

Excavation for road work soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity incl. cutting and loading in Tippers as per technical specification as per clause 302.30, for widening portion

Preparation of Subgrade:- Loosening,Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment,to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment,scarified to a depth of 150mm,mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Techanical Specification Clause 301.4.1

Waterproofing on top of the sub Grade soil base with Nano technology based Organo silane & nano acrylic co-polymer with water (1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1:1:200 @ 3ltrs/sqm as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Finished work to be measured) .

Granular sub-base :- Granular sub-base / base / surface course with local nallah/quarry materials (Table 400.13)by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers manually on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.(Including all leads lifts).

Stabilized Sub-base / Base: Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting in-situ/borrow area soil of CBR >5% mixed with 30% crushed aggregate / muruum / GSB Grade 2 as per mix design. Application: (1) Rip and loosen soil with excavator / tractor operated ripper and scarify with tractor operated rotavator to achieve desired thickness of 300 mm. Mix aggregates as per mix design with rotavator. (2) Spread Cement 3% by weight of soil aggregate mix and mix with tractor operated rotavator. (3) Prepare and apply 0.75 kg /cum organosilane Nanotechnology and 0.75 kg/cum acrylic copolymer mixed in OMC water (<1000 ppm TDS) on loose mix . Scarify the treated mix with rotavator. (4) Compact partially the surface with vibratory roller. (4) Spread 13.2 and down size aggregates on the graded soil surface to form 20-25 mm thick soil-aggregate-cement layer. (5).Compact the stabilized soil-aggregate-cement base with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller to achieve stone embedded layer with the desired density and thickness. (6) Waterproof the top of the compacted stabilized base with organosilane & nano acrylic Polymer in the ratio of 1 kg organosilane :1 kg nano acrylic Co-Polymer : 200 liter water (<1000 ppm TDS) @ 3ltrs/sqm in two spray applications (1.5 ltrs. + 1.5 ltrs.). Rates include all material, labour, hire charges of machinery etc. as per MoRD specifications & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. IRC accreditation of Terrasil is : IRC-24(7)/2017 (ACC-224) and Zycobond is : IRC-24(7)/2017 (ACC-225) Including loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured) .

Primer Coat with Nano Technology, Preparing and applying of water soluble silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC approved) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1 and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg silane : 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion : 200 liter water . Take 1 kg of silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution at the rate of 1 liter per sqm on compacted stone base. Check quality of bitumen emulsion before bulk use.Including loading unloading and octori. (Finished work to be measured) .

Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete (penetration grade) Binder With Nanotechnology based Organo Silane Compound.:Providing and laying Semi Dense bituminous concrete with 40-60 TPH Batch Type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading 2; 19mm nominal size of 10mm to 5mm @40%; 5mm below @ 32% & Crushed sand or grit passing 2.36mm sieve and retained on 180 mic @ 28% , premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5% of Mix & 0.1% Zycotherm organosilane or Equivalent , transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per IRC 95 - 1987. ZycoTherm IRC accreditation : IRC-24(7)/2017 (ACC:248) Including loading unloading and octori. (Finished work to be measured). (40mm thick)

Seal Coat (penetration grade) Binder With Nanotechnology based Organo Silane Compound.Providing and laying seal coat with ZycoTherm organo silane nanotechnology @ 0.1% by the weight of bitumen, sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Including loading unloading and octori. (Finished work to be measured).

Earthen Shoulder: Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50 m transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1and 300.2 with a lead as per techanical specification clause 301.5 including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .)

PMGSY Title Information Board: Providing and fixing typical PMGSY Logo title information board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25 mm x 5 m size on back on edge. He lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. the angle iron frame of the lower most plate and plate iron frame of middle plate will be welded to two no. 75 x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tuber posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47 x 47 mm of 12 SWG steel plate tubes. All MS will stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc will be painted ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shape and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per dawning clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1 including haulage of material involved.
