M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wall and apply one coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old treated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete alll as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered old surface of walls including brooming down or scrapping down with steel wire brushes, smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white (Lime) wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) and providing and applying putty of 1 mm thickness to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers 10mm +5mm in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using WPC finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.
