SCH 'A' PART VIII (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.

(A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION NOTE FOR SER ITEM NO. 8 to 14 BELOW :- Cost of cutting chases and making good unless otherwise specified shall deemed to be included in Sch'A' part I as per para 8(b) (v) of Sch'A' Notes on Ser Page No. 15 here in before.

Material and labour for sub main wiring (concealed) complete with two single core 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 20 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy grade and conduit accessories including 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: 3 runs of 4 sqmm&one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit

Supply and fix LED security light fitting 25 W made out of pressure die cast aluminium powder coated housing high impact resistant 4 mm thick toughened glass cover and matrix of power LEDs in built electronic driver up to 4 KV surge protection fitted with adjustable pole adopter to enable on site tilt angle setting and input power 25 W system lumens 85/W operating voltage 160-260 V including GI pipe bracket made out of 25 mm dia medium grade of suitable length and bend to shape including fixing MS flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix Decorative LED down light 18 watt recessed mounting type complete with all accessories & connector etc internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, all as specified and as directed. Make: CG Cat Part No. LSCRM-18W-CDL or equivalent model in Bajaj/Wipro/Philips

Supply and Fix new master led tube 4ft 20 W LED batten of high quality materials and design, xtruded aluminium housing enhances safety, High quality PC Diffuser. Reliable and robut housing structure having nominal system lumen output of 2500 lumens and aminimum system efficacy of 125 Im/W. The luminarie shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 bruning hours at L70. The Luminaire should have a colour temperature of 6500K and CRI>83. The luminarie shall meet IP20 rating with THD <10% and PF>0.95. The total power consumption should not exceed 20W (including driver) complete all as specified as directed. Suplly and Fix sheet metal enclosures for SPN DB's with metal double door for incorporating MCBs, IP-43, 8 way with 200 amps rates busbar, 240 volts as per IS-8623 all as specified and as directed . Make : Legrand/L&T/Seimens.

Supply and fix Wall mounted fan high speed of size 16" plastic body including all acessories including making electrical connections complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose, three terminal/ PVC/ polycarbonate insulated body all as specified.

Supply and Fix wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 4x6.0 sq. mm + 2x6.0 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS is PVC insulated copper conductor in PVC conduit, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required and specified.

M & L for point wiring with copper conductor FRLS cable in PVC conduit of PVC single core, sheathed cable of size 1.5 sq. mm for One light point or one fan point controlled by one switch including suitable modular boxes, switch plates complete all as specified.

(B) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) DWC of size 75 mm dia laid in trenches for passing of LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for DB V-TPN for incorporating MCCB as incoming & MCBs, TP, 4 way as outgoing, IP-43 with metal double door with rated busbar, 415 volts, as per IS-8623, all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand Cat No 507753 or equivalent model in ABB/ Seimens.

Supply and fix MCCB 125 A with 25 KA breaking capacity, 415V, 50 Hz including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 420056 or equivalent model in ABB/ Seimens.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole 160A with 25 KA breaking capacity, 415V, 50 Hz including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of aluminium lugs including add/altn to fixed at existing LT panel complete all as specified and direcetd. Make: L&T/Legrand / ABB/ Seimens.

(C) SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Dismantling existing raw water PVC tank of capacity 2x5000 Ltrs including shifting the same with connected pipes to adistance not exceeding 50 mtrs including necessary PCC foundation and reconnection of all pipes all as directed.

Note : The amount against Schdule of Credit on Page No. 46(R) shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the lump Sum for Acceptance.
