The following AMC/Upgradation for CIMS Software (Development of software for online complaint and Inventory Management System) at Complaint Cell of GE (AF) Bhisiana which includes following features:- (a) Domain and Hosting Charges of Online Server for 01 Year for station complaint Cell. (b) Maintenance (Online Maintenance backend support) for smooth functioning of the software for 01 Year. (c) Customization of software and reports. (d) Customization of software for generation of reports and returns and other miscellaneous requirement. (e) KIOSK Machine- Repairs/Maintenance of KIOSK Machine No. EMKA13 to make fully functional with warranty of 01 Year on repairs, installed at MES complaint Cell. Note :- (i) Whenever, online services of CIMS (Complaint and Inventory Management Software) has been interrupted or unserviceable , the same should be functional/made serviceable within 24 hrs. If, firm is unable to resume the service within stipulated time, essential recovery/penalty will be made @ Rs.300 per day. (ii) Minimum 01 B.Tech (CSE) Employee. (iii) Minimum 03 years works experience is required, Proof of Job order/test order should be uploaded and Hard copy of the same should be submitted to GE (AF) Bhisiana through Mail/Dak before opening of Technical Bid, otherwise bid will be rejected. (iv) Payment for the work will be made 75% on post commissioning of software/complaint portal and balance 25% on completion of 01 year online support period. (v) Customization of software for generation of report and return and other miscellaneous requirement. (vi) Kiosk Machine – Repair/maintenance of Kiosk Touch Machine No. EM-KA13 to make fully functional with warranty of 01 year on repairs, installed at MES complaint cell of GE (AF) Bhisiana.
