Disconnecting and Dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type OCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250 MVA, 400 Amps from location and repair /overhauling and carrying out with the following and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: spare parts and new transformer oil will be measured & paid seperatly (i) Inspecting/overhauling of spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, hold on catch assembly,trip bridge, z srew, Cam U, Aluminum trip bridge, Main trip lever assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of OLTLF assembly,earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling / cleaning and inspecting insulators, moving contacts ,fixed contacts,arcing chamber by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Inspecting/Cleaning of oil tank inside and out side surface by CRC throughly and replacement of transformer oil (60 litre for each OCB) and apply heavy duty grease for tank raising/lowering guide. (v) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage and Meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, 400/630/800 Amps from location and repair /overhauling and carrying out with the following and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- spare parts will be measured & paid seperately. (i) Inspecting / overhauling of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly swich assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of OLTLF assembly,earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxilary switch and checking of electrical wiring system. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interupters by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective postion & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Overhauling and secondary injection of over current earth fault relays/release on each multiple setting readjustment by artificial load complete all as specified including testing complete.

Dismantling and overhauling and testing Potential transformer capacity 11 KV / 110 volts AC and replacement of worn out spares such as contacts, bushing, control wiring fibre plates, gaskets , transformer oil and applying multi grease to the mechanical parts & dry graphite conductive sealant to contacts etc & re-assembling the same and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Spare parts and oil will be measured and paid seperately

Testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil of indoor type transformer, 11KV/433 volt, filteration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant to remove moisture, impurities and improving di-electic strength to above 40 KV for 1 minute including filling new transformer oil for toping up & testing after filtration complete as specified. (Note: Transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately.)

Supply only of transformer oil with 50KV di-electric strength complete all as specified. Make: Power /Asian/Savita/Electric.

Supply and fixing in repair of breather with 500 Grams celica gel of indoor type transformer 300KVA/400/500 KVA, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of thermometer(oil temperature gauge) for indoor type transformer, all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of spout insulator assembly for HT OCB 11 KV , 400 amps indoor type with current carrying parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing in repair of OCB through insulator assembly with current carrying parts for OCB, 11KV, 400Amps, indoor type and all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to Existing LT electric panels Indoor type of each Transformer by taking shut down from appropiate authority including following(i) loose connections and tight connection and cleaning inside/out side all con replacing all cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors ,providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge all as directd and specified. (Note: The tenders quoted rate per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of taking out burnt ACB/ MCB/MCCB/Voltmeter/Ampermeter/CT/LED lamps of any type and discription etc and refixing the same,which shall be measured and paid as supply only vide relivent items of this schedule.)

(i) Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going feeders i.e incling MCCB/SFU/Changeover switches/Contactors/ ACB,s thorouly with help of Vaccum Cleaner. Supply & fix Aluminium Bus Bar stips, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alley of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (a) Size of the strip shall be determined depending upon the current carrying capacity of the individual outgoing MCCBs. (b) Overall length of the strip shall be measured and paid after necessary conversion into weight. (c) Cost of drilling / bending / Grinding of the strips at site as required shall be included in the unit rate quoted. No extra payment shall be admissible on that account. (d) Bolts, Nuts etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply & fix Copper Bus Bar stips, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alley of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size complete all as specified and as directed . Dismantling Air Circuit Breaker 4pole/3pole, 630Amps to 1200Amps, 415 Volts, draw out/fixed type from location and repair /overhauling of spring drive mechanism, coil, auxiliary switch including setting of over load coil, no volt coil, tripping coil & apply multi grease for mechnical parts, cleaning and inspecting male and female contacts and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts, checking of electrical wiring system, testing, and assembling all items/components parts to the respective position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
