Demolishing of cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge.(Item code HPPWD-SR 2020:- 15.2.1).

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts including restoration of unmettalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan),including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50m. (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020-2.8.1)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020-5.9)

Walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020-5.9.2)

In Foundations,footings,bases for columns.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide (Item Code HPPWDSR 2020-Chapter 5.9.16.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto Plinth Level,complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

All work upto Plinth Level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020:- 5.1.2)

In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020:- 5.2.2)

In Beams,suspended floors,roofs having slope up to 15 degree landings,balconies,shelves,chajjas,lintels,bands,plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level,excluding cost of shuttering,finishing and reinforcement.

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in:

In Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In side slopes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete upto plinth level and above plinth level in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2009:- 5.22 & 5.22A)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings,frames,guard bar,;adder,railings,brackets,gates and similar works ,complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020:- 10.25.2)

Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984, PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines upto 110 mm diameter and butt fusion (heat fusion process) above 110 mm diameter i/c necessary fittings,bends,tees & reducers fabricated in accordance with IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provded as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required confirming to code IS 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & Bolts.Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c at site upto entire satisfaction of engineer-n charge.

90 mm dia HDPE Pipe (Class P.N. 6.0 PE 100)

Providing and fixing ISI Marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS: 4992 with necessary screws etc. complete: 100 mm (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020:- 10.25.2)

Providing circumferential Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to GI pipe 80 mm Dia. Having following dia. Of pipe,wall thickness,welded in requisite numbers of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of ADVANI Orelikon (Adore)- CITOJET / ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects,including manual/mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve 150 mm dia P.N. 1.00,10.2 kg/cm2 Kartar make i/c MS Flange of Table as per IS 6392-1971 of 5 WT of 71.30 kg & Welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces and i/c carriages in all respects within all leads & lifts.

Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve 90 mm dia P.N. 1.00,10.2 kg/cm2 Kartar make i/c MS Flange of Table as per IS 6392-1971 of 5 WT of 31.30 kg & Welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces and i/c carriages in all respects within all leads & lifts.

Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tube (IS:1239-2004) of 150 mm dia (M Class) conforming to IS Specification capable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.0 mtrs. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately)

Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches (to level or grade) G.M.S. tubes OF 80 mm dia (M Class) conforming to IS:1239-2004(Part-i) (latest upto date ammendments) of grade and wall thickness Medium,suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in random length 6 m with plain ends. Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches,butt welding will be measured and paid for seperately)

Providing & Fixing of 75 mm hydrant with Main or Submain line including HDPE Riser 75 mm Double Threaded PN-6.0,75 MM PP Ball Valve,Bend,Male Female Coupler Threaded PN-6.0,Service Saddle PN-6.0 and Elbows Bend with Steel Clamp complete in all respect and jointing by butt fusion process (as per requirement of main & sub main line )For distribution System with 90 mm dia.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufactures specifications including appropriate priming coat, prepration of surface, etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
