S/R to Badabil to Nati (R.D. 0/00 Km. to 7/00 Km.) Road for the year 2025-26

Scarifying and removing the existing bituminous surface including picking up of the scarified materials and stacknig the usable materials within a lead of 100m and disposing of the non-usable materials clear of worksite / dumping yard within a distance of 1km in complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-working of scarified bituminous surface suitable after supplemtnting base material with sand and compacting finished surface etc.complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff including all labour. T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth Work in excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts including all labour, T&P articles, safety measures, incidentals, dewatering, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to a lead of 50mtr, dressing of side and bottom as necessary for the work etc.complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close Grade Granular Sub-Base Grading-III material as per table-100-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)(A/R-2006 page-160 item No-39).

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen of 60/70 grade grade @0.30kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface / bitumenous surface cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with articles required for the work T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Earthwork in embankment in all kind of soils from approved borrow areas with all lead and lifts over intial lead and lift and laying on properly prepared surface including spreading, levelling the earth not exceeding 30 cm in layers, Sectioning, Watering & ordinary compaction by PRR for finished item of work including all cost, royalty, labour, T & P article required for the work etc. Complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
