Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out any type in soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but in soft/ disintegrated rock.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Use & waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter , flat rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded aggregates) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, rough finished square or rectangular complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded aggregates) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed..

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 above but in rock.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry exceeding 10cm in width with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) gde D-5 and setting in CM 1:6.

Use & waste of Formwork to RCC Band , rough finished flat surfaces of concerete complete all as specified and directed.

RCC M-25 Design mix (using 20mm graded aggregates) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item no. 15 above but 6mm to 8mm dia in stirrups spacers and binder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 over Stone /brick / concrete wall surfaces trowelled to even & smooth without using extra cement for external wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfacesof wall & finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of requiredf shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer apllied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-formed filler board 25 mm thick for expansion joint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Forming square grooves in plaster n exc 12mm deep and n exc 15mm on face complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in foundation.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long

Supply only of Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F MS Framed work Fe 410 as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
