Supply ,laying and testing XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts earthed grade cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in pipe completed all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 x 20 cm Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Install testing and commisioning of outdoor RMU(Ring Main Unit) 3 Way 11KV with one incomer of capacity 630 Amps VCB and two outgoing of which two load break switch(LBS) (1 VCB+ 2 LBS) RMU with of extensible type, STC of rating 21KA/1sec, protection relay,Motorized, metering instruments, Feeder Remote Terminal Unit, Gas embeded busbar inside tank and GI Earthings with metering CT ratio 100/1, Ac CL 0.5 and metering PT 11KV/v3/110 V/v3 AC, 50VA CI 0.5 & 3P, battery 12V x 2nos and battery charger-5A including necessary civil works for fixing of RMU all as specified and as directed. Note: Necessary fixing arrangements of plinth plateform of RMU shall be deemed in quoted rate as per OEM reccomended diagram and other necessary requirements as per manufacture instruction shall be done by contractor. Note : The details drawing of RMU duly prepared by OEM shall be approved by GE before the manufacturing of RMU unit.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MS Steel Sheet enclosure suitable for Outdoor Type Installation with MS base channel of 11 kV, 630 Amps Load Break Switch (LBS) 11kv, 630A, 26.3 KA Load Break Switch with Fuse Trip, Earth Switch, dynamic mimic arrangement, 230 V AC, Shunt Trip Coil and 2NO+2NC Aux with DO fuse set of 200 Apms. Provision for receiving Incoming from side cable box and Outgoing cables through Bottom entry. The item includes supply of support structure, PCC, operating mechanism, connectors, hardware, mounting brackets, nameplates, danger plate, erection, testing and commissioning complete in all as specified and as directed. Note: Necessary fixing arrangements of plinth plateform of LBS shall be deemed in quoted rate as per OEM reccomended diagram and other necessary requirements as per manufacture instruction shall be done by contractor. MOUNTING HAS TO BE AT LEAST 3 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND i.e. STAND IS TO BE PROVIDED OF AT LEAST 3 FEET Note : The details drawing of RMU duly prepared by OEM shall be approved by GE before the manufacturing of RMU unit.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 3.0 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 m below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt, Providing 40 mm bore protection pipe for GI strip, GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering including funnel with wire mesh on top, CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified. Notes for earthing : 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip dia from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level. 2. The unit rate includes for protection GI pipe of 40 mm and watering pipe of 20 mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/ disintegrate rock. 3.The cost of GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of item and earth strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item 4. All the joints in GI strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded and in addition by providing double brass nut bolt and washer. 5. Cost of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate. 6. The contractor shall submit the test report of each earthing to EIC before claiming for payment. 7. Before leaving the site all excavated soil etc to disposed off and to make the site clean by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying cables / GI pipe, foundation of pole, stay etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in approved earth in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in layers in soft / loose soil after the cabels are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed
