Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Transport Conveyor (Straight/declined/inclined/induction/T-Junction conveyor, etc.) along with drive unit for each section to match with x-ray machine level with minimum width of 1000mm between side walls suitable with existing BHS system make: Efacec complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Draught Curtains in the openings wherever the conveyor pass through the walls, consisting of flexible overlapping slats of black belt strips as per site requirement. suitable with existing BHS system make: Efacec complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Motorized Fire Shutter of fire rating minimum 2 hours as per site requirement in the wall opening including limit switches, wiring & integration with control panel etc. suitable with existing BHS system make: Efacec complete in all respect and as per Technical Specifications.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning (ITC) of following items for Departure & Arrival Conveyor System including minor civil works such as grouting of structures and making good the same including ITC of control panel along with necessary outgoing cables/wire, earthing for drive unit motor, limit switches, Emergency stop push buttons, indications, annunciation, IT network and control cables, power cabling etc. complete as required and as per Technical specifications. Transport Conveyor (Straight/declined/inclined/induction/T-Junction conveyor, etc.)

Dismantling & Re-installation of existing international arrival conveyor belt of Assembling, positioning, testing and commissioning of following with all accessories including minor Civil work such as Foundation etc. at the Airport site including installation, testing and commissioning of control panel along with necessary cables/wire, earthing for drive unit motor, rolling shutter motor & limit switches, Emergency stop push buttons, main and controls indications, annunciation, etc as required including power cabling complete as required. The following existing conveyor belt specification as per given point (i) & (ii). i) Heavy duty race track slat type inclined arrival baggage conveyor of loop length 54 m, measured along the centre line, useful width 1200 mm (minimum), having slope angle and speed of 24-30 metres/min (approx). Conveyor having die cast aluminium chain block , friction type suitable capacity drive unit compatable for soft starting mechanism, slat made of 2mm thick (minimum) stainless steel sloped plates with protective/ epoxy covering and dimensions with 3mm thick minimum M.S/ alluminium sheet painted slat support having loading capacity of 60 kg per meter linear, with stainless steel side covering, toe kick plate, trim/ facia finish, emergency stop push buttons, chain track, drought curtains etc with all other accessories as required as per site conditions etc. ii) Heavy duty flat type arrival feeder baggage conveyor of 900 mm useful width with side covering, suitable for above feeding baggage conveyor having speed drive arrangement & complete with all required accessories. Feeder conveyor shall comprise of required horizontal sections, inclined sections & queuing section with necessary sensors for synchronized sequential feeding & energy efficient operations etc. as required. Dismantling & Re-installation of existing domestic departure baggage handling system of checking conveyor system in two sections comprising of weighing and despatch conveyors inclusive of drive unit for each conveyor section including topling devices of 20 Jobs & required section of take away/collector conveyors, tracking conveyors and horizontal transport conveyors inclusive of drive unit for each section of the above conveyors etc., as required totaling to length of 67 meters as per technical specification shape as per conveyor layout drawing.
