Item No.3 :- Excavation in laterite rock masses mechanically, including lift upto 1.5 M including trimming and levelling the bed removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the area and lift as below stacking by as directed by Engineer-in-charge, normal dewatering excluding. backfilling, etc. complete.

Item No.4 :-Filling in plinth and floors murum bedding in trenches with approved murum from excavated materials from foundation 15cm to 20cm layers including watering and compaction etc.complete.(Bd-A10/263)

Item No.5 :-Lowering, Laying and Jointing H. D. P. E./M.D. P. E. pipes in proper position including all specials by compression fitting/ electrofusion and butt fusion jointing procedure as per relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedure like Electrofusion machine, Electric heater/butt fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top loading clamp etc. and all labours as directed by engineer in charge

Item No. 6:-Hydraulic testing of H. D. P. E./ M. D. P. E. pipe line to specified pressure including cost of all materials and labour and water for testing for specified length including cutting, placing end cap making arrangement for filling safe water using reciprocating type pumps which should be able to provide specified test pressure gauges and other necessary equipments, labour, operation charges, etc. required for testing. The rate under this item shall also include cost of retesting, if necessary and reinstating to original position.

Item No.7 :-Making cross connection to existing distribution main of any type including excavation, breaking and removing existing pipes, lowering, laying of specials and pipes in their position, refilling, closing the water supply in that area, dewatering and restarting the water supply, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge for following diameters of existing pipeline, irrespective of diameter of branch line (the number of joints involved will be paid separately depending upon the nature of joints and required pipes, valves and specials will be supplied free of cost at stores).

Item No.17 :-Valve Chamber with Precast RCC Covers Providing and constructing B.B. masonry valve chamber with 15 cm thick 1:3:6 proportion PCC bedding, excluding excavation, B.B. masonry in CM 1:5 proportion precast RCC frame and cover, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Wall thickness : 0.23 M for depth of 1.2 M and 0.35 M for balance depth exceeding 1.2 M.

Item No.18 :-Providing and applying external raincoat painting with crack filling acrylic polymer based chemical compound coating to the external surface of walls to prevent water seepage in the masonry walls during monsoon added with required shade Steiner to give required shade to the surface in two coats. Including providing three coat of priming of polymer base primer including preparing surface scrapping the existing loose old paint, removing loose particles of sand on the surface opening and cleaning the cracks developed in the external plaster, removing loose particles by chiseling, filling cracks by chemicals compound of approved make with proper penetration etc. Coating of Raincoat with the help of brush and as per instructions and specification given by manufacturer and with instruction from Engineer in charge. Work shall be executed by certified applicator only and covering gurantee of 3 years on court stamp paper of Rs. 500/- and necessary testing etc. complete

Item No. 19 : - Providing and fixing water level indicator upto 5 M height including M.S. enamelled gauge plate 300 mm wide and 3 mm thick, copper float, providing and fixing required accessories such aspointer, pulleys, nylon thread including cost of all material, labour, etc. complete.

Item No. 20 : - Removing leakages of PVC pipes excavation,by chiselling jointing with coupler, solvent cement etc. comp.
