BMS System - Supply, Installation & Commissioning of :- a) BMS Server - Upgradation of existing BMS WORK STATION/ SERVER having specification as 2.93 GHz Two quad core Intel xeon E5649 (6 core) Processor, RAM, slot for 2 Nos hard discs,/usb Keyboard & Mouse 64 Bit / PCI Slot with Anti virus by upgrading the RAM, and providing high speed 2 nos 1 TB hard disk compatible with server and required hardware to make it suitable for new BMS software as required

b) Supply & installation of licensed Window 2012 server software, an operating software for the BMS server

c) Supply & installation of SSD based internal/ external network attached storage device to take backup of critical data and reduce recovery time (Make WD/Seagate/ Synologycrucial or ss make)

BMS COLOUR GRAPHIC SOFTWARE FOR DATA CENTER APPLICATION WITH inbuilt Graphics for UPS, PAC, Database to reside in NIAGARA platform and History and Trending of Data in sample rate of 10 minutes to be made available in CSV format. The Graphical Software should provide the facility to create/ provide the following, static and animate the graphics, Navigation between pages, display of logs, changing the time zones, pop up alarms, with minimum of 5 user license configurable password protection for Building Automation system as per specifications. The BMS platform shall natively support standard communication protocols such as BACnetTM. The software should be Web Based Software required to remotely monitor the system for 5 concurrent users. The BMS software should have email facility for sending critical alarms or can receive the pop-up in BMS software when alarm triggers. Software shall permit use of standard web browsers. The Software shall be programmable without the use of a dongle. The BMS module of the integrated software shall also be capable of working with 'Third Party' BACNET/ Modbus compliant DDC controllers and shall receive or send data without the need for any additional configuration/ license. The software shall be able to connect to the various devices, collect the values from them, provide outputs to them as per logics, store required datas. (MAKE : HONEYWELL-WEBS)

Supply and lying of Control Cable: 2core x 1.0 Sqmm screened and sheilded cable in FRLS PVC Conduit. Make: Rashi/ BELDEN/ LAPP/ FUSION.

Supply and lying of 25mm FRLS PVC Conduit on surface or cable tray with saddle and screw etc. complete as required. Make: BEC/ AKG/ PRECISION

Charges for commissioning & configuration of server & BMS software

Post warranty Comprehensive maintenance of Newly installed BMS system at Data Center, Nehru Place, i/c All Software and Hardware for BMS system. Note: Comprehensive maintenance will start after one year warrantee from completion of work.
