M&L for shifting & fixing ceiling fan with down rod including necessary holes, nuts and bolts, pin as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

M&L for fixing fan down rod 15mm dia 2 ft long including necessary holes, nuts and bolts, pin in replacment as per site requirement all as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

M&L for fixing fan canopy in replacment of old broken u/s canopy as per site requirement all as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

M&L for fixing fan blades for 1200/1400 mm sweep fan in replacment of old broken u/s fan blade as per site requirement all as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as specified as directed.

Taking unserviceable sub main wiring of any type/size including wires, conduits/battens etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable MCB DB's/AC's box of any size/rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down exhaust fan and re-connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan after cleaning all dust complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The spares like nuts & bolts etc defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the fans functional. The rates quoted for the same deemed to be included for the above job.
