Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.07 above but with old brick obtained from demolition complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of drain of any depth and any size removing deposited soft/loose soil and other foreign material and removal of excavated material outside of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement mortar on brick or stone walls / ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC pipe 600 mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, bed plates and the like including necessary form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves & similar work, type B-1 1:2:4, 20 mm graded aggregate set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

PROVN OF STATIC WATER TANK (75000 LTRS)

Excavation over area n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area exc1.5 mtr but n exc 3.0 mtr deep and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) 20 mm graded aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-30 grade design mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in footing/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-30 grade (Design Mix) (20 mm graded aggregate) in curved wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-30 grade (Design mix) (20 mm graded aggregate) in domes complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for form work of side of base in curved area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work of curved wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for form work for dome complete all as specified and directed.

M & L MS deformed TMT bars 10 mm dia and over,cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking,bending spirally for hooping etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clip to the foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Breakdown of Qty : 2300 Kg (for static water tank) + 32718.14 Kg (for area drainage works)

M & L MS deformed TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking,bending spirally for hooping etc and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clip to the foundation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser Item no 2.11 above but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (1:3) cement mortar finish even and fair without using extra cement including making impression complete all as specified and directed by eng-in-charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (1:4) cement mortar finish even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M & L rendering 5mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (1:3) cement mortar finish even and fair without using extra cement.

Returning, filling in ,including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Breakdown of Qty : 22 Cum (for static water tank) + 160 Cum (for area drainage works) + 20 Cum (for E&M works)

M & L for removing of excavated material (rock/soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel 304 grade wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed to window frame complete all as specified and directed.

S &F angle mild steel sections conforming to Gde Fe-410-0 grade A as Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

E&M WORKS

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning open well non clog verticle (sewage pump) submersible pump , capacity of 15 HP electric driven 415V, 50 Hz, TP suitable for 65 mm dia outlet pipe 25 -30 Mtr Head, Discharge 1001-to 5000 LPM,AC supply and installed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Submersible water proof cable 3 core 10 Sqmm copper cable flat type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing & testing non return Valve (NRV) size of 80 mm dia suitable for any type/size pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing of 80 mm bore, heavy grade class conforming to IS - 1239 [Part - 1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc laid in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting the ends of the MS pipe of 150 mm dia in any position and kept aside for disconnecting/fixing making of bend for suitable angle with help of gas welding using heavy welding machine making good finishing and jointing with MS ERW pipe with flange and gas kit including applying one coat of black paint complete and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting the ends of the MS pipe making header size of 150 mm dia length 6 mtr, drilling in MS ERW pipe and inserting 80 mm dia GI pipe (03 Nos) and 150mm MS ERW pipe (01 Nos) welding with help of heavy gas welding machine and making good surface finishing in any position suitable angle including applying one coat of black paint complete and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be exclusive MS ERW pipe , the length of MS ERW pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fix, connect and testing of MS ERW flanged pipe of dia 150 mm, wall thickness 6 mm , making bends and jointing ine through suitable welding/jointing process as per site requirement applying one coat of black paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of flanges/clamps/welding process complete.

S & F Gaskets of suitable size for flanges and sluice valves complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs mild steel work as in framed work such as frame ,straps, Ties Clamps, Motor pumpset base , base for pipe line etc. and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and including painting to surfaces using two coats of metallic primer and a coat of red oxide paint of desired colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/fixed on wall /pole etc LT UG electric cable aluminium conductor XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor standard of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to and including GI earth strip 32 x 6mm size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected light grade 50mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick with 10mm dia reinforcement 100mm c/c and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 Type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part -I 1991

Supply and fix sluice valve of 80 mm cast iron body both ends drilled and flanged with stainless steel spindle PN 1.6 conforming of IS : 14846, long body and ISI marked with provision of suitable rubber gasket on both sides of the flanges, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type soil /rock (soft/loose/hard/dense soil/rock) n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation laying of pipe etc n.exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : While removing the pipe line, Contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new as per existing . The quoted rates shall include for all the materials / T&P / machinery used in this item.

Removal of excavated material & surplus spoil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, spreading and compacting approved river sand in trenches for cable cushioning at bottom and top of cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' of old size laid dry in trenches as protection to cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix flange heavy duty suitable for 150 mm ERW MS pipe complete all as specified and directed.
